Location is very good in the centre of Juan Les-Pins. Next door to all the restaurants and bars, also a 5 min walk to the beach. Hotel is lovely decorated throughout. We stayed in the budget room which was small but nice. This suited us as out late so just somewhere to get your head down and shower. No air...

Wow what a surprise this little place was. Size of our room was excellent and the whole room had been renovated. A stones throw from the beach and on top of cool bars and restaurants. The owner makes you feel as though you are the only guest there and personally shows you to your room and ensures that the whole...

Our stay was remarkable becouse of the owner Sylvie, who was very welcoming, attentive, funny and kind. She made a very good breakfast every morning, and you could agree on the timing, if you needed it earlier. I found hotel very charming with rooms nicely renovated and decorated. The bed was comfy, a good quality mattress, but not so much...

I loved this hotel. It's a quirky, completely immaculate and clearly well loved and cared for by the owner Sylvie. My single room had no wardrobe but this didn't prove an inconvenience and I felt it completely acceptable for the price and 2 star rating. The location is great. Very near the beach and in the middle of the bars...

The host gave me a small piece of paper with the wifi information and her phone number on it. I did not know the paper included the front door passcode because she checked me in so quickly and only took time to explain how the sink worked and how to use the wifi. When I called the phone number on...

Sweet French owner right on site to make everything perfect, I love this location short walk from the train station, in the center of town able the restaurants in the Hub of the action during the season. When i walked into the room it made me smile, the fish room with complete attention to detail I was in #5 and...

Noisy: there are bars, restaurants and a dancing club in the street, for which people are queuing outside. You hear music until 4 to 5AM, and then you hear drunk people singing or arguing, finally you hear the garbage truck and cleaning. Expensive: related to the room size, the noise, the absence of air conditioning (only a fan) and the...

Quirky, immaculate , just lovely. We booked blind and had no clue what to expect. However this boutique hotel gets top marks from us. Our room is the most recently refurbished in the hotel and the detail is painstaking. You can feel the love that has been added to every single part of this hotel . The owner could not...

Chose this hotel because of its central location and our budget pricing - we booked through hotels.com as at the time, I couldn't find a website for the hotel (about a year ago). The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the train station (just keep going straight out of the train station and make a right). We arrived a...
