Great chalet with a short walk to the centre. Has the the ammentities you need and is warm and cosy. The best part was the management team. I called the day of arriving and juan (sorry for the spelling) was great. Gave us directions met up with us and went above and beyond to make sure we were all good....

Despite MV insisting the chalet is in the resort centre it is not. If there is good snow you can ski back to it, but to reach the slopes you have to walk up a steep hill (hard for kids) and to reach the resort centre either 10 mins down the piste or longer by road/venicular (and longer back up!)....

I have just spent a week in Isola 2000 with my family. We stayed in one of the Chalets de la Diva.. The chalet was great, well equipped and spacious - with a wonderful view of the mountains! We had a fabulous week - made especially great because of Sergio. Sergio is the local manager. He was extremely helpful and...

We recently stayed in one of the Chalets de La Diva for our first trip to Isola 2000 this March. I took four families and we rented three chalets between us. We were located close by to each other which was helpful. The chalets are fabulous. Well-appointed with heaps of room. Also wonderfully close to the piste for departure and...

This could be such a good hotel but unfortunately the management is non existent. It is clear the manager does not want to be here. Food poor and expensive. Left standing in heavy snow for one hour on arrival and even then had to walk 500 metres. Smell from Jacuzzi in reception. Fire or lit. Main balcony outside bar left...

Great location for ski in and out, has its own piste access. Food was very good, large bedrooms , helpful staff and comfortable relaxing areas. Compared with other hotels in Isola, this hotel has a lot to offer but it does come at a hefty price. Even though the hotel is great for ski access, it is remote from Isola...

Ive been to Isola 2000 a couple of times mainly as its so easy to get to from Nice. Only stayed for a couple of night but the room was fine, clean and with great views and I love the fact that you can ski and out of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful would definitely book again.

I have stayed at the hotel many times. The hotel is the best in the ski resort. Since the time I first stayed there, probably more than 10 years ago, I thought it needed some refurbishment, nothing has changed. The staff in the restaurant, in the rooms and elsewhere continue to seem to be very young and learning the job...

Our bedroom had no tv, no mini-bar, no wi-fi, tho' all shown as standard, and minus an armchair. Several curtain hooks, both in bedroom and on shower curtain, were unattached. The sunny terrace as advertised but empty of tables and chairs. Staff friendly but there does not appear to be anyone actually taking responsibility to manage this hotel.

We chose Isola 2000 as a ski resort based on the availability of beginner and intermediate slopes. the resort was everything we had hoped for. As a bonus it was not the French half term at the same time as our English half term so the slopes were quiet too. Unfortunately problems with Madame Vacances began as soon as we...
