Amazing view over Grasse. Our room was basic but price was fair. Wi Fi was poor but the young ladies of the staff were extremely keen to help. Nice good value breakfast on the terrasse. Located approximately 10 minutes away from downtown. Don't use the road rather unsafe, take the stairs all the way down to the old town, much... More

The hotel is on a hill providing amazing views over Grasse and the Bay of Cannes. The price is reasonable, the room and the bathroom perfectly clean and large. The receptionist was helpful and could speak English. Overall, we were really satisfied.

My boy-friend and I reserved a room in this nice panoramic hotel in Grasse. The staff is very kind and available. The room they gave us, number 3, was normal size but not very comfortable: the toilette and balcony were very small with very little space to move. The nightmare came at night when we went to sleep and started... More

If a budget hotel is OK for you, this could be a good choice. The view is splendid and the hotel is not far from the old town center, although a bit of a climb away (short cut by several stairs), located on the hillside. The staff was friendly. There is no restaurant, but we were able to get coffee... More

I was a bit difficult to find the hotel, we had to park the car first in the underground paying parking and went by walk. You have to walk about 15 minutes from the Fragonard parfumerie. The advantage is the outdoor parking ( better for your car safety because it's in the city not so sure in the evening). However... More

Nice hotel very close to the center of grasse (5min walking). My room was large and very clean. I had a great panoramic view on the city and on the sea. Staff was ok. Just a note: wifi is working but just in the hall. Would be nice to have wifi connection available in room ;)

We would not have been able to find this hotel had we not had a Garmen Navigator. We were late arriving at the hotel to find the door open with our key on the counter in an envelope. We tried to find a place to park which is very limited. Then we tried to find our room with no lights... More

Rooms are clean, but need a bit of attention. Great view over Grasse town. There are quite a few steps down into town. the public car park nearby is only 2 euros and the small one in the hotel is 12 euros.

The hotel is very basic, but clean. Towels and bed sheets very clean. Rooms are cleaned every day which is good. All the rooms differ, some are very small, but some are pretty spacious and in need of a bit of attention. But the management were great at moving you around - not a problem - very helpful. There is... More

We find it very easily, coming from Italy by car. It's 10 minutes walk from Grasse which is a city where parking isn't easy. This hotel has got an area to park the cars just inside the property. The breakfast was with a nice buffet and the price is almost the same you can find having it in town. Room was... More
