The first impression was "WOW" because the view was fantastic. However, everything went downhill after check-in. It was suppose to be a 4 star hotel with a walk in rate of EUR450. The room had splendid view but there was no coffee making facility in the room.We just checked in and were dying for a cup of tea. We were... More

I attended a wedding in september and the tables were by the overflowing pool with an impeccable view. It was absolutely stunning, almost dreamlike of how beautiful it was. Since we live furthur away, we decided to spend the night at the hotel. The hotel rooms are quite outdated, I was very disspointed. The rooms are very big with lots... More

We booked Les Terrasses, d'Eze as thought the location looked amazing, the pool very inviting and were looking forward to the quietness after busy days in Monaco. How disappointing the experience was. Can only think towards the end of the season that the owner plans to close down and refurbish and or completely modernise the place. Many staff seemed to... This could be a fabulous hotel, probably was about 15-20 years ago. First you have to keep your eye out for the Hotel sign, then negotiate the corkscrew entrance down to the hotel entrance, different, I don't know if this is the only entrance there may be another from the village of Eze. The hotel itself is built into the... More

Great hotel and the view left be breathless. Could not ask for more. Outstanding room, very big bed compared to the rest of the hotels we stayed at. Will not be disappointed. The village was a worth while walk. Food amazing.

We were initially pleased with the staff on arrival but quickly changed our minds when they were unhelpful booking taxis, slow to non-existent with service in the restaurant, kept our friend waiting for his room until after 8pm at night and so on. I speak fairly decent French so the language barrier can't be to blame. It shouldn't be that... More

The only disappointment with our trip to Eze was the shabby condition of the Hotel. It is badly in need of a refurb as it is getting quite tatty. Although the room was a good size with Sofa and Deck there needs to be more detail given to cleanliness. The Pool was nice although crowded with screaming youngsters. Location is... More

We spent 4 fantastic days at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly, helpful and eager to please. The hotel is beautiful, the views amazing, the rooms are spacious and clean with great facilities. Even the air conditioner was amazingly temperate and quiet. I would have loved tea/coffee making facilities in the room but that's... More

On the plus side, the location is beautiful with fabulous views from the our rooms and the pool, which is why it was such a shame that the hotel service was poor, the hotel was shabby and the security was doubtful, the security guard was drinking beer in the car park when we returned late one night!. At four star... More

Our double room on the lower floor was tired and in need of a makeover. The mould in the bathroom was revolting and the shower didn't drain well. This isn't the place for couples on the weekend, perhaps moreso for families as the pool was overrun by children. The taxi trip from Monte Carlo was $45 Euros. Breakfast was very... More

“I was on "pool level" which was nice, although they advise you to keep the balcony doors locked, which was not comforting, and I would have preferred fresh air at night! Not much privacy either, as their is only a screen between room (balcony's).”
