The existing reviews say it all, but I can comfirm--great location (need a car), unparalleled view, charming and exeedingly helpful host (planned our itinerary one day, killed a wasp that flew in our room, hooked us up with utensils for our picnic dinner), beautiful rooms, adorable dog. I hope it get to visit again. Thank you Phillipe!

What an amazing place. The best views, nicest rod and superb hosts. The pool view is amazing. Perfect location for Nice and Eze but you need a car! The walk down to eze is very steep but we easily got a taxi later that evening. This was the best holiday a place you must go and visit.

We stayed here for 5 nights in Chambre Cap Ferrat and it was our favourite place in 4 weeks on the Continent. It has it all - stunning location and views, charming and attentive hosts Philippe and Marie Jose, tasteful and discerning decor, spotless bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast on the terrace is something you have to experience: savouring fruit,...

We spent five nights here in the St Hospice suite and it was so lovely. The other reviewers have said it all: the details in the quality of linens, the fantastic breakfast in the morning, the pool, the amazing views from the suite, etc. this place is paradise. The only reason that I didnt give it four stars was that...

We came to stay for 4 nights arriving late in the afternoon. Philippe and Marie-Jose (and Lady) were our hosts - he speaks perfect English so no need to worry if you don't speak French. We did speak French and enjoyed hearing all their tips for an enjoyable stay. Go to Saorge if you have time - the drive is...

We traveled with another couple and had two of the 5 rooms in this unique property. The host was very generous with his desire to make sure we enjoyed our visit and made great recommendations for us. The pool is small but very adequate to enjoy a restful afternoon and the gorgeous view this property offers.

Philipe and Marie-josee work non-stop to make sure you have a the greatest stay possible. A few things to note if you are staying here. 1) Drink the Chablis. As much as possible. I've drank...

KSV: Beautiful place to stay and relish the coast of France. Tranfixed by the lights of Eze with my nightly gaze through the porthole window. Gracious hosts and their canine companion, Lady, fed us with delicious bounty and guided us to sights to explore. As is always the case with pleasure, can't have enough, so I will establish my own...

This stay was truly beyond our expectations. Everything about it was too perfect! The views, the breakfast, Philippe, our lovely host, the dog, Lady...we could go on. The room was beautiful and peaceful and the views were breathtaking. We definitely plan to return and to recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the south of France. The worst part about our...

pluses marvellous views big suite, very comfortable excellent breakfast entertaining and thoughtful owner nice dog as well minuses Only one, which is that the access road to the property is steep and narrow and at times the verge crumbles away to the valley below. Also, views mean height and round here, height means corniches. The delightful owner did her very...
