What a great place to stay, Denis is such a great character and went above and beyond to make the holiday special and a big thankyou from us both. I would highly recommend the room and the hotel and will be booking again next year.

Was great! The manager sent me a sms asking when i would like to check in. He said my room was ready so i could have an early check in (which i needed). When i got there he had made a map ready for me and pointed out places to see and go. He gave me a good advice on...

This hotel is located in a quite area of Canne within walking distance of the beach area. The service here is very friendly. The owner was happy to ring cabs etc for us which was very helpful. Not at all lavish, but would stay again.

A cosy hotel in Cannes. It's a 5 minute walk to the lively part with all the shops and restaurants. The hotel is located in a very safe part of the city. Denis the owner is absolutely amazing, he was superb in helping us planning our day trip to Monaco and then he helped us plan a route on our...

Pros: Pet friendly (pets stay free), free and secure parking upon availability, quiet neighborhood, 10 minute walk to the train station and shopping area, friendly and knowledgeable host (he really made our stay memorable), clean room, towels changed daily, upgraded us to a room with a small patio for our dogs to have more room, affordable price for New Year's...

I have just spent two nights here, and would highly recommend this little gem of a hotel.it's well-situated in a quiet area yet within easy walking access of the town and railway station. That sa room was facing the road, the room was rather hot, and when the window was open the sound of cars driving along the small road...

Yes, its simple. Yes, its not in the thick of it. But who cares? The hotel is clean, cozy, and safe. Denis is incredibly nice. He makes you feel like you've known each other for years. We almost couldn't get a reservation this year because of the festival but he emailed us the second he had a cancellation to let...

Stayed 5 days for an event at the convention center. The walk is not that bad (about 10-12 min) but it started to wear on me the last 2 days. If you want to stay closer you're going to pay more so there's a tradeoff. The hotel itself is very simple and clean. The manager and his staff are very...

For me, the hotel keeper Mr Denis is one of a kind. He was absolutely great and very helpful with everything, telling us what to see, where to go, stories about the city, etc. etc. I believe that staying in this hotel made our stay in Cannes much more enjoyable. The hotel is very cozy and clean. Breakfast is very...

I have been going to the MIPCOM conference in Cannes for many years now. 5 or 6 years back, I managed to get booked into Hotel Esperanto and have stayed every year since. It feels like my home in Cannes. I love my comfortable room and my little balcony. It is only about a 10 minute walk to the Palais...
