This hotel is great for those wanting to spend a lot of time at the beach, which is just a 5 minute walk away or those wishing to shop and this is on the main shopping road in Cannes. Ideal for those wanting to spend a lot of time outside of their hotel and exploring, however if you're planning to...

I have stayed in this hotel for the second time in a row (last visit Dec 2014). Friendly staff, clean rooms, quite big for France:) I got room with a balcony, but without any spectacular view. Located 3-4 minutes from La Croisette, close to cafes, shops, perfect for business trips and events in Palaise de Congress. Free wifi, I had...

Lovely hotel situated in the heart of Cannes. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here, the spa facilities were very good and the indoor pool and jacuzzi were a great addition to the very reasonably priced accommodation. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Our romm was very pleasant with a small balcony. We'd definitely stay here again....

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only let down was the breakfast. After reading other reviews I thought the breakfast would be good but that was not to be. Unfortunately is was the worst we had on our 27day trip. Other than that everything was great.

Rue d'Antibes is a long and lively street not far from La Croisette. However, hotel prices are much lower, and Hotel Eden is a good choice at a reasonable price. The rooms have an adequate size and the bathroom fine and well equipped. We had no. 108 which had a small terrasse towards a yard. No view, but also no...

shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach are all within walking distance from of the hotel. The hotel is centrally located on Rue d'Antibes which is the main shopping street in Cannes. Lively and safe area, great for people watching and window shopping. The hotel itself is pretty basic but well worth the price considering it's central location. The classic room...

We stayed here for 8 nights recently and I couldn't fault it. It is very good value for money and situated on Rue D'Antibes at the quieter end makes it a brilliant location for La Croisette and the various attractions in Cannes. We have stayed at many hotels over the years and this is one of the better breakfasts we...

Very convenient. There are actually some really good places to eat around the hotel. Safe area.recommended .

The location was awesome of this hotel! A beautiful walk to the beach, up the street, to yummy restaurants, to the train. Perfect for our stay. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were a little dated however clean and spacious.

I would like to say that Eden Hotel was PERFECT. Location was good, for shopping, beach, train station, supermarket ect. La Crosiette is a 3mins walk from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and bars located around the hotel. We took a boat trip to St Tropez €48 a bit expensive but hey we wanted to see what the hype is...

“Get a room on a high floor (6th or above) as the main road is quite noisy if a lower level - though be warned there is only one lift (and it only takes 4 people) so if a higher floor you will need to wait a bit to get down to reception, whereas a lower floor offers you the choice of the stairs”
