Great place where to stay. I stayed at this hotel because I had to attend a conference to a hotel nearby. Room is quite big with a nice bathroom. Breakfast with several different choices. In the lobby since Halloween was approaching there was a huge tray with a lot of different candies. Nice

A nondescript hotel along Rue d'Antibes but it's what inside that counts . Well maintained rooms and at the 7th floor , can view the Cannes skyline . Room with balcony is great ! Only missing is complimentary mineral water each day .

The staff and cleaners are doing the their best. My room smelled so damp I had to buy candles and make sure to open the windows when I could to air out the room as the bathroom had no ventilation or extractor fan. My room and bed were clean but very dated and the wood laminate covering the wardrobe and...

I arrived to the Hotel at 14 and the room was not ready yet. Internet is simply not working. Elements broken in the shower system. AC noisy and not working properly. Cleaning far of being enough. Bed done in a bad manner every day. You should be away of this place. It should be ranked as cheaper hostal.

This hotel needs some TLC. The elevators don't work well. The doors stall at least 5 times before they close. The housekeepers left dirty bottles and glasses in the hallways for 3 days. The roof top pool was not worth paying for let alone the 20 euros a day per person that was being charged. The dining services staff were...

In general I would like to say our experience was positive with the hotel. Sure some things could have been better, but overall it was an ok experience. Had booked the Superior room for 2 nights. Room was good size, and had a small terrace. Would have preferred the balcony, but not a major issue. The big negative was the...

Ideal position to explore Cannes and the beach. We were part of a group holiday and as such were not entitled to the same quality of food or service that was available in the restaurant. The reception staff were very unhelpful. The spar area was unclean which was very off putting. There were several occasions when we did not have...

Stayed in this hotel for business and it was very average. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy enough but all felt rather dated to me. No plugs next to the bed to charge a phone (pet hate of mine) and the one socket there was had a loose connection. The main entrance is veyr nice and welcoming and staff...

Good location, friendly staff. But hotel looks and feels old Air condition in a room is really weak At relatively not a warm day - in a room is really hot ! I can imagine what happens in a room at summer... I complained but being told that I have to wait and probably in a few hours it will...

This hotel is great for those wanting to spend a lot of time at the beach, which is just a 5 minute walk away or those wishing to shop and this is on the main shopping road in Cannes. Ideal for those wanting to spend a lot of time outside of their hotel and exploring, however if you're planning to...

“Get a room on a high floor (6th or above) as the main road is quite noisy if a lower level - though be warned there is only one lift (and it only takes 4 people) so if a higher floor you will need to wait a bit to get down to reception, whereas a lower floor offers you the choice of the stairs”
