We booked this hotel as a last minute! The rooms very small but clean and and comfortable. The location is great, there's a Aeva Beach over the road to sunbathe and they are really accommodating. It's walking distance to some lovely restaurants and easily accessible to walk to the train station. We went by train to Cannes and Monaco and...

Hotel is located in the first sea line. It is quiet and nice. Good quality of sleeping. Rooms small but having nice view over the promenade sea. Very nice girls serving breakfast so You already fell better in the morning. Definitely worth to stay.

We stayed only one night. Our room - albeit on the small side was very clean. The bathroom was spacious, spotless with modern bathroom vanities. We wouldn't hesitate to come back, the location is great.

I want to give this hotel 4 stars because it really is a decent hotel and I liked the location, but there were some things that missed the mark that is important to know depending on your circumstance. Wifi was great. Air conditioning worked great. Big bathroom. Amazing shower (really that alone was a treat). I love that it is...

Recently stayed here after leaving the film festival in Cannes to catch my next-day flight from Nice and to slow the pace down. I had a great room, center building, upstairs and the view from the mini balcony of the ocean was fantastic. Just what was needed after the previous 3 weeks of crazy. Room was small but very nice,...

The hotel itself is nice from the outside. It's location in Cagnes is a good choice if you want to be near the airport (4km). The hotel has a parking for it's guest. The room we had was minuscule, we could barely walk in it once our 2 pieces of medium luggage were deposed. Otherwise it was confortable and clean....

Have known of the hotel previously, liking the look, we decided to take a late short break travelling by Euro Star & TGV (normally we drive down). We were quite late arriving & the receptionist was welcoming & helpful. We were soon settled into our room which was, clean, pleasant & adequate for our requirements. A good, comfortable king size...

Price is a bit high parking was very limited but overall it was a good small charming hotel, great for short stay. Location is good, Nice, Cannes and airport nearby. Bathroom with rainshower and bed are good.

No view for 120 dollars a night. Super tiny room that can barely fit my suitcases and no one can speak English. Really annoyed. By the way. The French Riviera is overrated. The beaches suck. The water is polluted. There are too many tourists and the people are so lazy here. Always siestas and weird hours that stores and restaurants...
