My wife and I stayed at Caza Sereyna this September (2012). We had a fabulous time and so enjoyed every aspect of our visit. The owner and hostess, Madame Marie, is sincerely gracious and kind. She really means it when she welcomes you to her home. The home is tucked behind a wall that we think is common to city...

We had a lovely experience staying at this beautiful and tastefully done up house. Right from the location (very close to all the attractions). Everything was perfect! Our hostess Madame Marie is extremely warm and takes care of every little detail to make you feel at home. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely not to mention her special...

Gracious French hospitality with delightful rooms equipped with all you need (light on luxuries). Located in a residential section of Avignon about 10 minutes (flat) walk to the sightseeing center of the city and the central train station. It is a bit hard to find the hotel entrance the first time as there is no large hotel name sign, so...

After two hectic, recent holidays we wanted to relax. Villa Colmas was ideal. Mme Colmas was welcoming, friendly and practical to just the right degree. Breakfast was sufficient with good variety of breads, lovely home-made conserves, eggs and local ham. If you want to eat in the Villa in the evening, Mme Colmas will provide an excellent local meal for...

A B&B in a spacious and comfortable town house in a large garden (and off-street parking), but conveniently located less than 10 min walk from the old city walls and the main (non-TGV)rail station. Don't expect olde worlde french charm - the house is modern and stylish inside. Our room, which looked over the garden, was spacious and quiet. Those...

Close to Avignon’s fortress walls, its historic centre and its two train stations, come and discover an architect’s jewel nestling in a green setting, rooms air conditionned... “If you are staying longer, I would choose one of the efficiency bungalows off the garden where you can enjoy the evening a little later into the night without disturbing anyone in the house.”

“You'd better ask for a room face to backyard because the one face to street is quite noisy during the early morning that traffic busy from early morning. The bathroom face to the street is actually with small and narrow shower and the water pressure is not very good. To compensate this, this room is bigger than other rooms which could accommodate three adults with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. If your room face to the backyard, it would have a bath tube and the room size is decent. Be prepared to move luggage through a twirl stair if your room is allocated on second or third floor.”

“if you have heavy suitcases, its advisable to ask for a room on the ground floor. Or else its better to travel light as the other rooms are on the first and second floor. There is a winding staircase going up to the other floors.”
