Stayed for 2 nights. The room was comfortable and clean , the bed was very comfortable and the shower was fast and hot. The colour scheme of the room was an light terracotta. I liked it and enjoyed my stay. I did not dine there as it was very central and close to all areas of Old Town Arles. I... More

My wife and I spent two nights here. Yes it was a struggle to the top floor with luggage and no lift but the quiet traditional room with it's views across the Arles roof tops and down to the street below made it all worth-while. If you want "authentic" then this is the place. It couldn't be more central although... More

Room Was ok. A/C as promised, clean bathroom. House is old, and stairs to upstairs very difficult with luggage. If you are with car, you need to park to public parking house, more than 500m away (12€/night) What sets this hotel apart from others, was the "service", at front desk. Man in the desk totally refused to understand English. When... More

I'm a long life fully lisensed professional Tour Director, and never ever had such an unpleasant experience before. I stayed 4 nights at Relais de la poste hotel in rue Moliere, wich I've booked through Venere.com. Upon arrival I was received by an ennoyed owner, who looked very upset for being distracted from "may be" more important matters. The hotel... More

We stayed in this cute little hotel for three nights in September 2013. Right in the heart of old Arles it's really very well located, ifvyoubarrive by train, the free bus service from the Arles Gare will drop you off, and pick you up when you leave of course, just about at the door, a real bonus if you have... We did not stay in this hotel but we did have a lovely lunch on the patio. We had been touring Arles and were looking for a quiet spot for lunch. The menu posted outside looked good & the small patio was inviting. The plate du jour (10 euros), roasted stuffed stuffed tomatoes with 2 kinds of rice and some... More

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. If you are looking for a first class 5 star hotel, this not the place for you. It is basic, functional, family run with helpful friendly staff. The rooms are clean and tasteful. We stayed here over Christmas and found it quiet. We can, however, imagine it being noisey from the bar opposite.... More

While we realised that this was a 2-3 star hotel, reviews here suggested it was somehow special. We'd stayed at similar places, most notably the Goldene Ente in Salzburg: a 700 year old hotel in the old quarter where the tireless Ulrike more than made up for any shortcomings. But this place didn't have an Ulrike. Our room was up... More

The hotel room was small for 3 people, but the staff were very helpful and offered to let us move to a larger room the last night at no additional charge. Parking is a challenge in the area, but a large public garage is nearby. Most of old Arles can be reached by walking. The in-room air conditioner did not... More
