Spent 3 nights here exploring Provence and worth it. The Mas is very close to Arles and also the flamingo national park and some unspoilt beaches... not those urban beach affairs. Our hosts know Provence really well and invaluable guides to where to visit and road routes. Home cooked breakfast is wonderful fresh food and both hosts welcoming and help...

We just stayed here for 5 nights in August. The warm hospitality and sumptuous breakfasts (different each morning) have been well documented by others, and it's all true. I'll just add that Ike and Jim actually sit down and have breakfast with guests as if they have nothing else to do, patiently answering questions and giving touring tips and driving...

Arles in the summer is a very busy city, so "coming home" to this peaceful place was wonderful. The rooms are big and very well appointed as was everything else. Everyones comment about Ike and JIm are true, as well as the raves about breakfast. We ate family style, which was nice way to meet the other guest and chat...

We stayed for a week in the "cottage," a simple two-bedroom, 1-bath house behind the main building of the mas; it is attached to the owners' garage where they keep their cars. The mas itself is old and looks just like what you think of when you think of "Provence"; the cottage is more of a 1950s utilitarian building. It...

Trust all the great reviews. We had a wonderful stay with Ike and Jim. Like staying with friends, we could have hung out and talked all morning. Good people, beautiful house and land, awesome breakfast. They have a nice way of hosting travelers, different than you see elsewhere. They are kind, fun and funny. They'll stay in our memories.

Felt at home with their hospitality and the rooms. The pool was great along with their land, and also the food was very good. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had the blue and green rooms and they were nicely furnished and had a great view of the property. Also, the rooms had some sort of fan or air...

For those who want the genuine Provence experience, this restored farm house B&B is definately the perfect choice. My wife and I spent three nights at this wonderful venue during a recent visit to Provence and could not have been more pleased. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Jim, one of our hosts, who showed us to the "Orange...

This B&B is set in a quiet rural location, but just a 10 minute drive from the small town of Saint-Martin-de-Crau. Saint-Martin has may eating places to cater for all tastes and budgets. The farmhouse is furnished with many pieces of French 19th Century furniture which are sympathetic with the owners’ enthusiasm for Vincent van Gogh, who lived and painted...

My husband and I stayed at the Mas for three nights recently. It had been recommended by a young friend who said it was charming. She was right -- lovely old renovated farmhouse about 20 minutes drive to Arles (easy drive). The grounds are lovely and we spent more time than we might normally sitting by the pool because it...

If you want city lights and traffic and lots of people, this is not the place for you. Mas Du Petit Grava is an amazing old farmhouse 15 minutes east of Arles in the middle of farms and pastures. In all our travels, this was one of most peaceful places we stayed. You definitely feel like you are staying in...

“We divided our family of 4 into the blue and green room which worked out very well”

“The rooms are quite charming. Ours was painted a Van Gogh yellow and had his paintings on the walls. The only negative was twin beds (comfortable) but it was the last room left, so we took it and it was fine. The bathroom also did not have a stall shower, but I enjoyed the tb.”
