Fantastic Atmosphere in this hotel with some stunning photographs in the main lounge. Superb bathroom except for very poor lighting there and in the room, but the bedroom was at best equivalent to a 2-3* hotel. At 200 euros /night w/o breakfast, plus 15 euros/day for parking this was overly expensive, and apart from the history and atmosphere much worse...

If you're a dull kind of person, maybe this hotel might not be for you. If you're looking for an anodyne corporate-style experience, with a safe for your Amex card and a trouser press in every room, then there are probably better options for you. But if you've bothered to travel to Arles in the first place, hopefully that's not...

Dear Geoffrey, We thank you deeply for your comment. You are our reward. We just hope that you will be read by the previous unhappy guest that we did not succeed in sharing our spirit with. A bientôt.

Hotel Nord-Pinus is in the center square so very easy to walk around. You will want to do this to actually get away from the hotel as it is not nice. The rooms are old, the stairwell, whilst original, is so far leaning its dangerous. The new bathrooms are the only thing that worth it. You will be kept awake...

Madame, Monsieur, First of all, we thank you for taking some time to write. We always pay attention to your feed back. We are just sorry that you did not mention it on the spot instead of keeping it for so long (june 2016) . Like always, we would have immediately react in order to make you feel better and...

I like old hotels, and the Nord Pinus is really old. The positives: staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms and spacious. AC works well in rooms (no AC in the public areas). Centrally located Negatives: we were there during the Rice Festival and the noise from the Forum Plaza went on until late in the night. If you are there...

Perfectly located on the main square of Arles Grand Hotel Nord-Pinus offers a stay in a historical place - the photos from 60s in the lobby of the hotel show many well-known faces. Not the most luxury hotel, but with a very special great atmosphere - worth an experience!

This hotel is very beautiful, and ideally located in the centre of town. However, much is lacking for the price. The breakfast is basic and expensive and the bar often unstaffed. There is no room service either. The wifi doesn't work. More importantly, though, the service can be extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I was made to feel awful for asking...

Napolean slept in our room and it hadn't been refurbished sine he left. Very basic room and breakfast was also basic but good. Restaurant closed (april). Very strange but centrally located. Just plain odd but quite good fun.

Stayed here for a few nights ,asked for a quiet room which didn't come with views into the square , if you want to be involved in activity outside ask for rooms fronting the square which is filled with eateries including Van Gogh's cafe . Most rooms do come with noise as central area.Staying here is being part of history...

The service from the staff was very good. Our room was ok but there was no mini-bar or refrigerator to keep my medicine cool which is essential. They arranged to keep them in the kitchen refrigerator until required which worked ok. Breakfast was pretty basic and of limited choice

The location is perfect! The staff is amazing! Every staff person we have encountered has gone above and beyond, they are extremely friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Arles! FABULOUS!! The food is wonderful! We have eaten breakfast here every morning & dinner the first night. Delicious!!!
