My husband and I spent five nights at the Cezanne. The location, the staff and the hotel could not have been better. The staff at the desk were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Having free internet at your fingertips with an English keyboard topped off a quite nice stay. Linda and Douglas Houston, Texas

I would not recommend Hotel Cezanne. Hotel Cezanne does not honor reservations. My family (group of 6) made reservations 4 months in advance with this hotel and received confirmations. We reserved 3 rooms, 2 people per room. Upon arrival at Hotel Cezanne, the hotel representative behind the counter said they had no reservations for us as they had "over-booked" and...

Booked this hotel after seeing its high rating on this site and checking its website, and was not disappointed. From our arrival the service was very friendly and helpful, which was all the more welcome as we were both unwell during our stay (nothing to do with the hotel!) Our room on the fourth floor (there's a lift) was a...

When booking the hotel Cezanne we were not informed about the fact that the hotel is carrying out some major renovation works nor was this mentioned on the website. This did not become clear until our nightly arrival at which time we noticed the construction works further down the hall. The next morning the workers started drilling well before 09:00...

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend city break. We flew into Marseille on a budget carrier as they had the best flight times. From there we caught a taxi from the front of the terminal directly to the hotel. The taxi was 54 euro. The hotel is an ex-Marriott. The staff are all quite friendly. When you...

A great place to stay in Aix. The service is of the highest quality and would put most 5 star hotels to shame.

This charming hotel is both traditionally welcoming and imaginatively forward-looking. Downstairs has been comprehensively and imaginatively refurbished (see photos on the hotel's website) and rooms have been stylishly redecorated and improved and are set for total refurbishment in the near future. Luxury rooms are more spacious (this is a town hotel so rooms are not huge). The hotel has updated...

Just got back from 6 nights in Provence. Aix and The Cezanne were the perfect base for sightseeing. Aix is an easy drive from the Marseille airport and to the little hill villages that are the heart of Provence. The Cezanne is a wonderful boutique hotel with a fabulous staff and even better accomodations. It's a wonderful combination of modern...

We booked a stay in this hotel for 2 nights in November. We had read the very positive reviews on this site but even so, we are choosy travellers and I wasnt expecting too much from the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. We had booked a deluxe room and on arrival we were given keys to 3 different rooms...

After reading the reviews of the Cezanne Hotel, we booked our first two nights in Provence on hotels.com and were pleased with our stay. Laurens was the night clerk when we arrived after a 24 hour journey, and he was a delight. While the parking garage a minute walk away is often full, he explained how to wait in line...
