The apartment was clean and spacious, far more so than we were expecting. Fab location with plenty of open space and greenery. Very close to a wonderful beach and within walking distance of both Pornichet and la Baule. When we return to la baule we will not hesitate in booking royal parc again. Would happily recommend to others particularly those...

Been 3 times. Great for kids - pools and large grass and tree area feeling safe. great location only 300m from beach and in between the villages of the bay to walk and cycle. cycles to hire are of a good standard and standards are kept up except for the slight need of a paint job on the external blockwork.

Paid to park. Accommodation smelt of urine. Offered can of spray by reception (unbelievable) swapped rooms. Beds hard. Long walk to restaurants (non on site) pool area quite nice. We wouldn't stay here again.

simply a place to "get your head down". Nice pool and surrounding area but accommodation very very basic and not terribly clean. Area of La Baule is beautiful but this park is right on the edge. Baaad

Appartment was very clean and all bedding, towems etc were provided seal wrapped in plastic. Kitchen had microwave, dishwasher, good arrangement of crockery, pans, cutlery, glasses etc. There was a small dishwasher...

We booked a full package including ferry travel with Brittany Ferries as it worked out cheaper than dealing direct with P&V. When you're trying to find the property, keep along the main St. Nazaire road & take the turn for road No. 171 & follow the signs... it will take you to the complex much quicker than getting lost in...

A good holiday (with 5 year old). Good standard of accommodation, although only three of us we needed an apartment for 6 to give some breathing space, with friendly and helpful staff. Good pool. Excellent beach 5 mins. walk from apartment. Booked with Brittany Ferries – no problems. Would go again.

We stayed at P&V R, La Baule in the middle of our exploration of the region, including the Loire Wine Country and it's famous Chateaus. The weather in June was dicey, but we made use of the wonderful swimming pools and walked the close by beaches on better days. The suites include kitchenettes with ammenities aimed at extended family stays,...

Excellent family holiday - great if you want somewhere that isn't too English. The best thing about this place is its enclosed and safe grounds - lots of space for children to wander around. Pool is OK (bit small at peak times). Rooms are clean although a little spartan and it's only a 5 min walk to the promenade. Staff...

“rooms were clean, tidy and cool at night”

“Our room was on the ground floor west facing by the pool. It was poorly ventilated and there was a underlying smell of urine. The receptionist after firstly offering us a can of air freshened which we thought was very funny then told us they were fully booked. After a bit of a squabble we were given the key to another unit on the 2nd floor which was better but we had to get out of the first one very quickly so they could prepare it for the next unfortunates who were due at any time. I asked at the reception if there was a restaurant on site. No sir but if you follow the road to the seafront there are lots. There weren't lots and the seafront is largely made up of apartment buildings. After an hour we managed to find a creperie that wasn't fully booked.... After 3 nights sleeping on hard bunks I was very happy to leave. Very disappointing !”
