We arrived after a long drive and first impressions were not good, wifi didn't work in room, ok in reception area but nowhere else. Had evening meal in restaurant, prawns were not deveined and scallops still had coral attached! Over cooked and chewy, everyone else in the restaurant were offered bread except us, we were the only non french diners!...

Love the location, and some of the food is not bad, but... Restaurant : the bread they serve is industrial, the scallops were clearly frozen, the asparagus was bottled... the one thing that was amazing was the oysters. The receptionist does double duty as a waitress in a gastronomic restaurant! Hotel: The room was dirty, looked like an ibis in...

Hotel : Very Old fashioned rooms but comfortable bed, noisy, depending of which neighbour you have next door, you can hear the group of seminar entering the rooms at the end of the cocktail and leaving @ 7 in the morning ... Breakfast : Opened early in the morning for business people and buffet might be good at this period...

This hotel was great for our stop over on our way to the channel ports. It's set in lovely grounds about 10 mins drive outside of Rouen but right near the motorway (but really quiet). For the price paid it was fine and the included breakfast was an added bonus. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but found a...

Dinner wasn't better than dinner in many other and cheaper hotels/restaurants. The same can we say about the room and the kindness of the staff (in restaurant, reception). The room was a little bit noisy.

The hotel is quite outdated, but clean. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Free wifi in the rooms. The buffet breakfast was good and it was nice to be able to help yourself to a second cup of coffee. Love any hotel that serves cake for breakfast.

Other peoples Hairs in the bathroom, Terrible food at the restaurant and overpriced as well as being overcharged, the hotel is fine for one night but eat elsewhere. The staff were nice the setting is fine but the restaurant really lets it down

The hotel itself is in a nice green area with housing all around, which makes the hotel domain quite relaxing. The rooms and hallways are a bit outdated, but the excellent bedding makes up for it. The breakfast room is also outdated, but there is a good choice for breakfast. The only but significant down point is that, although it's...

Relaxing evening with great food and wine. The location was away from the city centre. Very quiet small hotel with friendly staff. The autoroute north was less than 5 minutes drive which for us heading back to The ferry port was ideal.
