Travelling solo on my way to Calais this B&B was perfect. Very comfortable and quiet. My dinner was excellent - all home cooked and served in the privacy of my own terrace. I left after breakfast very well rested ready to carry on my long journey. Thank you Davey - I highly recommend this hotel.

Davy, we loved our stay at your BnB in March 2017. The accomodations for our family were very clean, comfortable , beautifully decorated and the food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner on the night of our arrival ~ so delicious! We very much enjoyed all of the great conversations with you about the differences in our countries and...

We stayed here en route to Zeebrugge. We were not disappointed! A great find, dog friendly, beautifully clean garden room and we were able to park our car directly outside. Very comfortable room. We opted to have a 3 course evening meal with wine, which was delicious. The breakfast was great too with home made brioche, cold meats, cheese, breads,...

We stayed one night here in November on our way from home in France back to the UK. Davy the French owner was very welcoming, speaks perfect English and showed us to our nicely furnished room in the small building in the garden, separate from the main house. The room - although not large - was well decorated with ensuite...

Stopped for one night on our way to friends. Welcomed by Davy, who was a great host. Also met his lovely family. Our large room was comfortable and clean, on the second floor overlooking the garden. A glass of cider in the garden on arrival was very welcome. We were the only ones in for dinner but we weren't disappointed,...

Breakfast was lovely with crossiants, fresh juice, fresh fruit, bread, jams etc couldnt fault it. I thought the price was very reasonable for the B&B plus the food for the evening meal. I...

If you are looking for a well priced very clean B&B try La Gourmandine. The evening meal is good , and Davy and Caroline are charming hosts. We would definatley stay here again. We have used other B&B's in the region and this is one of the best

We stayed here on our way back up to Calais, with our elderly spaniel. Davy and Caroline were very welcoming, and the room we had was spacious and comfortable (up in the roof). We had dinner at la Gourmandine, (which was great, as we didn't have to get in the car again), and Davy's cooking, featuring local dishes and ingredients...

We stayed overnight on route to the Dordogne. La Gourmandine was easy to find just off the main route north of Rouen, our two rooms were very clean modern with a nice attractive decor. We had a garden room and the large family room on the top floor of the house which had two rooms and everything you might need...
