Nice budget motel about a 10-15 minute walk from the Vieux Bassin. The reception, bar and restaurant are bright and colourful; corridors are a bit tired and dull. Rooms and beds, however are by and large, clean, comfortable, and warm. Decoration is minimalistic. At €80 a night, this makes a great place to stop over on a road trip, or...

Stayed here a couple of years ago (maybe longer!) but has has a complete overhaul. Nice spa area. Nice ambience. Restaurant closed whilst we were there so into town on foot less than a mile flat walk. Rooms clean and fresh. Beds extremely comfortable and breakfast excellent. Highly recommend for a weekend or short break.

Hotel room is not grand but meets our needs. The shower could be better as there is no screen but manageable. It's a walk into the town but good to work off all the food we have been eating. There is a pool which also helps. At a certain time it fills up with families but I remember doing that...

Stayed for one night. Hotel hard to find initially. Could do with some signposting from the town. Friendly welcome and staff good. Room very small and basic. No shower curtain and no tea/ coffee in room. Comfortable bed. Car parking on site but limited. Only a 15 minute walk to the old town and harbour so ideally placed. We didn't...

Stayed here while passing through on to Normandy. Was here as a family. We booked as it had a pool for our kid. The hotel is just under 10 min from the harbour. Honfleur is a great little town with a lot of character and well worth stopping to visit. The hotel staff were friendly and happy to help. The...

The room was quite basic - a little disappointing compared to the pool facility. The bathroom had a shower over bath but no shower screen, so to prevent a flood we had to kneel in the shower which is fine if you are under 50 years old. We are not!! The restaurant was not open on the Monday we arrived...

Hotel Le M is a great hotel, very welcoming and helpful on arrival. We stayed in room 124 which is on the first floor facing the road. That is not a problem, even though we had the window open all the time the traffic noise was not intrusive. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, I...

Stopped here for 2 nights whilst staying in Honfleur, en route back to the ferry. Was a bit disappointed to be honest. Expected better for the price. Biggest gripe was that the rooms did not have any tea/coffee making facilities, which was a surprise given that most places do. I guess standards are different on the continent to what we...

Having looked at previous reviews I was concerned about my upcoming stay. I shouldn't have been. The room is comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. I do wonder what planet sell reviewers live on. This is not the Ritz but why would you expect it to be?

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel largely due to the staff and their attentive and amiable approach, Celia in particular is an asset to this hotel! The room we had was spotless and plenty of space for three of us. The pool, sauna and steam room is wonderful to have on the doorstep and it is only an...
