We had a lovely 3 night stay at this charming bed and breakfast set in a most beautiful old building. We were delayed at the airport but, having phoned Stephanie to inform her of our late arrival, the welcome was fabulous. All the restaurants were closed by the time we got to Giverny so Stephanie kindly provided us with a...

The Moulin de Chennevieres certainly has the 'wow' factor. After a less that ideal journey arriving at the Stephanie's home was a special treat. She is a very welcoming and yet pleasantly down to earth host, the building is just gorgeous and exceptionally well renovated. The collection of vintage cars, trucks and bikes is right up my street and then...

We stayed here with my children and elderly parents for a night. The building is beautiful and the owners have taken great pride in their rooms and grounds. Both Gerard and Stephanie were very welcoming and helpful with their recommendations. We were doing a stopover but wished we could have stayed for longer. Definitely worth staying in Giverny after the...

What a fantastic stay, this was our first stay at this Moulin (mill). I had a great referrel and had held the room with just an email with Stephanie (owner). He had one of the largest rooms at the mill and was very quiet with a balcony. After a fantastic breakfast we walked along the path to the Monet gardens...

What a wonderful and charming B&B! The Moulin is in the quaint hamlet of Giverny and is very covenient to everything. Gerard and Stephanie are most welcoming and helpful. The rooms are most delightful and comfortable as are the bed a and linens. My room opened to a lovely patio area with a bistro table and chairs. There I enjoyed...

Stayed here for 2 nights during the 2nd week in June, just as the flooding from the Seine on the surrounding land was beginning to recede. Stephanie & Gerard were fantastic hosts and we offered free aperitifs on our first night. The dinner on the second night which we shared with our hosts outside was fantastic & typically French. Our...

This B&B is easily found on the edge of the village and it's a short stroll to Monet's garden (and you can purchase tickets from your hostess, Stéphanie). Our room on the first floor was a huge quadruple aspect space with a large comfortable bed: not cheap at €135 per night but the most remarkable place we stayed during our...

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of June when this part of France experienced the worst flooding in decades. The owners were absolutely incredible - despite having to spend the whole day moving their menagerie of reluctant wallabies, Patagonian hares and emus to higher ground, they still served us dinner with a smile that evening. The breakfasts...

This was the best place through all our travels! Room was clean and beautifully decorated! The yard was gorgeous and relaxing. Easy to find this B&B. Supper was outside and the food was delicious! Dream come true as I have always wanted to do this in France! Great conversation with Stephanie and her family and other guests. At breakfast, there...

Every morning began with a large buttery crossant which you could smell baking first thing. Lots of bakery items and breads plus fruits, cereals, and eggs plus the very large cup of coffee! Very short walk to the village and Monet's House and Gardens. The hosts were very personable and helpful. And the best came in the evening with the...
