The proprietor, Christele, was warm and welcoming. She sent expectations up front and also provided a nice book of helpful information. She also helped when my husband had travelers diarrhea by giving us her Imodium and talking to the Pharmacie to make it easy for us to go there and replace it. Without her help, he wouldn't have been able...

Well located and accommodating host. We spent 3 nights. We didn't get to chat much with Cristele and didn't meet Francois, but she was very pleasant. We were able to leave our bags in the large hallway on the day of our departure and that was helpful while we toured the town again before our late afternoon train. We were...

We traveled to Bayeux in mid-July, and we had a lovely stay. We had the room at the very top, with big skylight windows, and a view of the cathedral (turn your head!), and park. It was quiet and perfect! The room was a little hot--but cooled enough at night that we still slept comfortably. My husband came down with...

My 24 Year old son and I stayed here for 3 nights while touring the area. We occupied the larger upstairs Bourbesneur Suite with 2 rooms plus bathroom. Christele and Francois were wonderful hosts and the continental breakfast exceptional. The location can be a little noisy depending on which windows are open but would not detract from us staying here....

What a beautiful and serene place to stay for a few days! The building is very charming and comfortable; like stepping into an eighteenth-century painting by Fragonard. Absolutely no street noise at night. Christele and Francois are very friendly, and their English is excellent.

Our 2 room-suite was gorgeous and roomy. We love old houses and antiques and it was like something out of a magazine--but comfortable and not pretentious. We had to leave early both days so did not have breakfast. Instead we walked a few blocks to a bakery. It doesn't have a TV or coffee/tea making equipment but we didn't miss...

The room we stayed in for two nights was absolutely lovely--like a picture out of a magazine. The furnishings and decoration had an old world charm. The windows open up to a park just across the street. The bathroom is rather roomy, with a shower, the wifi worked well. From our room, it was an easy walk to everything: The...

The location of the hotel is great. We stayed for two nights in order to explore the D-day sites and the Tapestry. Bayeux is a wonderful little place and we were lucky enough to visit in time to take part in the Medieval Festival. We had the two room suite. My husband and I were traveling with our daughter. The...

Stayed here for two nights. Very nicely appointed room. Linens were wonderful and the bed very comfortable. Great location. Easy to walk to cathedral , restaurants and other attractions. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety of breads, jams, butter, juice and coffee and tea. They charge 7euros for breakfast if you want it. Very nicely priced. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our three days in Bayeux, and this B&B was perfect for us. The hostess was friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious (and served in their cidery downstairs--super cool!), and the room was comfortable and quiet. We had easy access to everything: the train station, cathedral, tapestry, main shopping/restaurant streets, tour meeting points, etc. And the B&B is...
