A little B&B on a quiet residential area with plenty of parking. Stephanie kindly waited for our late arrival and suggested few places for dinner in the area. The new Japanese place was great – we all loved it. We could not fault our upstairs room – it was spacious, with a separate area created for kids, very clean, modern...

Stayed here for six nights in business travel. A quiet environment with paintings from local artists adorning the walls. Good value, very clean, well organized, fine continental breakfast featuring local bakery, staff very professional and pleasant. Neighborhood is nice if a bit limited. Convenient if you have business west of downtown.

We were four Swedish guys staying for five days at Le Clos d'Arduenna. We had a great time here with lots of activities to do (table tennis, table soccer, pool swimming). This place is perfect for family and friends, and we never had a boring day. Our host Annie Fregefond speaks English and was very humble and helpful to us....

This was a great alternative to a city center hotel and a good value. The rooms and amenities are comfortable, modern and well done. The big plus are the spaces available for clients to use - a full kitchen, yard and pool. There were staff available during the day to answer questions, and they served a high quality breakfast. Really...

Initially we had trouble finding it and on arriving, quite late, we found a note to call a number but no one showed. We hung around and were ready to find a hotel in the nearby area but someone pulled up who was also staying there and let us in (need code for door). Since we knew that we were...

had a week long business trip and was tired of all the business hotels. This is house converted into B&B & guest house with a kitchen you can use and a garden and pool. the rooms are decorated with care, not standard. The part of town is suburbia and in contrast to the industrial/commerical zones has people living in it....

We stayed 4 nights in the self contained house which is part of this establishment. Perfect for a free and easy stay. We managed to do all our visits throughout Toulouse from here with ease, the owners are charming and helpful without being imposing and the facilities are excellent. A full wedding party were occupying the main building whilst we...

“all rooms are different - you can have your room in a quiet but small, or large but noisy location, in the house or in the garden, and there is even a self contained flat. Ask what is available.”
