We stayed at Hotel Padou for a week. During that time the staff were very helpful and polite. Our waitress was very pleasant and always made sure we were OK. The hotel is used mainly by pilgrims and tries to offer the food relevant to the guests' country of origin. Although a nice thought it would have been nice to... More

I stayed here as part of a group from Salford, it was my first time in Lourdes. My family and I stayed in a duplex room which had ample room and facilities for the 4 of us, 2 bathrooms and 4 beds, our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels everyday. The food was included in our stay and... More

Very nice and modern hotel, really close to the Sanctuary of Lourdes. Beautiful breakfast and ' acceuil chaleureux' from every member of the personnel. We had one person in wheelchair with us and the hotel was well adapted.

I recently did a 5 day pilgrimmage and stayed here for the first time. I had been at the Tara and The Solitaire on previous pilgrimmages. I found it a tad more expensive but I did have to pay for a single supplement since I didn't have a travelling partner as before. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The... More

I stayed here on business . The place is clean . I didn't have the breakfast because a lot of coffee shops offer breakfast cheaper. But the room rate was good. It also recently renovated so the place looks nice. It is close to the shops and restaurants and short walk to the sanctuary. I would recommend. Hope this helps

This hotel was very clean... Nice staff at reception and the food excellent. We were served b'fast, lunch and dinner and everything was well organized. The only thing that lacked was having coffee facilities in our room but otherwise all went super even took our luggage down on departure. I will surely visit again. Very close to grotto and sanctuaries... More
