Our group stayed here two nights while visiting Lourdes. The location was fairly close and offered a nice view of the river. The room were adequate though we had some trouble regulating the temperature. The food in the banquet room was just okay.

Only Paris has more hotel rooms than Lourdes, but not all hotels in Lourdes are equal. The Paradis is not an average hotel, it is an enormous hotel that feels like a small hotel, well adapted for the more aged or disabled guests, but also quite excellent for any and all clients of whatever age or ability! It is well...

Very little to complain about here. The Paradis is beautifully situated on the side of the river with views over the hills forming the backdrop to Lourdes. The Grotto and Basilica, like most attractions, are less than a ten minute walk away. The hotel is modern and clean and we found the staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. There are...

Hotel Paradis is ideally located in Lourdes. It has easy access by car, on-site parking, and is a short walk away from the Sanctuaries, the main attraction. It is a large hotel, that is used to catering for large groups and bus tours. The rooms are large, air-conditioned, with a bath and shower. The decor is plain, but the rooms...

This hotel caters very well for people with disabilities and it appears these rooms are in a separate part of the hotel. We do not have a disability and were allocated Room 302 which is a large twin room overlooking the street and the river. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The room decor is...

Hotel Paradis is conveniently situated across the river from the pilgrimage site. It's a comfortable hotel overall. We rented two rooms. One of them a bedroom for three people which had a queen sized bed and two singles which could really fit four people. The other room had two single beds and the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Unfortunately...

Great Location a short walk from the Grotto with lots to look at on the way. We had a little issue with the room but the manager Julian sorted it out. Julian is very helpful and a credit to the hotel. All the staff are in fact but Julian went above and beyond for us thank you. Hotel is comfortable...

I had a really lovely time here. We spent a week with a pilgrimage. Staff are so so friendly but the food is atrocious. Close to the grotto and local bars and restaurants. I would stay here again but I would eat else where
