I have stayed at the Hotel d'Espagne 11 years in a row now, when I travel to Lourdes on Pilgrimage. There was a time when I would have given it a lower rating, however, since the most recent owners, it has improved greatly. Although the decor has not changed much, there is still a noticeable difference in the atmosphere of... More

I stayed here during my pilgrimage and its location and amenities were perfect for the occasion. The rooms are quaint but sufficient. The food is catered according to your ethnicity which made it comforting.

Im 16 and I stayed at this hotel as part of a 50 or so youth pilgrimage from Liverpool, England. I wasn't expecting much and had heard some horror stories from past pilgrims who had stayed but most were settled on the first night. We arrived about 11 o'clock and were greeted cheerfully by the staff and I was happy... More

I had a lovely stay here. All the staff were amazing and the service was impeccable. Location wise it is a little on the outer but close enough to the action. Would suit people who don't want I be amongst it all. Downside was having to pay for wifi separately. Originally as I was solo they put me in a... More

Hotel d'Espagne was a great place to stay. Had a great room on the 2nd floor with a balcony. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff that serviced all meals, front desk, and bar was great. Everyone was friendly and willing to help out. Short walking distance to the Sanctuary. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Family owned and attention to detail. Very happy to meet our requests. The full board was more than enough food. Staff was wonderful! My second stay and I will be back. Location was pleasant- loved having a glass of wine sitting outside with the river just across the street.

I have just returned from a pilgrimage to Lourdes and we stayed at this hotel. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Grotto and close to all of the shops. The hotel is very nice, the beds are really comfortable and the food is delicious. The rooms we stayed in all had a bath with a shower attachment... More

I stayed at this hotel with a group of 70 members of the italian church in London. I can honestly say how disappointed we were with the service received at this hotel. We were treated so terribly that considering the area is such a religious place and beautiful place, we honestly felt that those working in that hotel very much... More
