Nice hotel, close to the train station and also to the city centre. Great staff, very helpfull. It's kind of strange that the floors at first storey are crooked, looks like the hotel is downhill. The room is clean, enough space and warm.

We travel to Lourdes once a year on average, and we have used this hotel for the last 6 years. It's a family owned place, by a couple, whom along with the rest of the members of staff, have always been helpful and friendly, contrary to the comments in previous reviews, by which I am surprised by. I think it...

Stayed one night here, thank goodness it was only one night. Hotel very shabby and run down, we rarely saw anyone on reception and when checkingin/out had to wait ages for someone to respond to the bell on the desk. The" lift" holds one thin person and a suitcase if you stand flattened up against the back wall, it really...

The hotel..... ....location wise it was perfect... a walk past the...

A girlfriend and I spend 4 days in Hotel De Nevers - owned by a young couple. On arrival - I enquired if there were any guided tours conducted by the town. The young woman (owner) replied very abruptly "No". Thinking she had misunderstood me I repeated my question. In a rude and with the intention to indicate she is...

As we Brits would say, what you read on this site should be taken with a grain of salt. The elevator must have been the first passenger elevator built, it could only accommodate one normal size person at a time. The area is noisy at night from the bars. During the day it's noisy with cars, ambulances, motorbikes. The website says...

Having spent four days walking in the Pyrenees, this Hotel was a welcoming place. My mobile needed charging, internet cafe required for on-line check-in and I needed a good dinner ! .... no problem! All these requests taken care of with pride. The 'demi-pension' rate at Euro58 was excellent value! I certainly will be returning here again in the Autumn.

We arrived in Lourdes looking for a cheap but reasonable place to stay. This was the first of the cheaper places we came across - we went in and although their advertised 30 euros price was for a single for 40 euros we got a twin room at the front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful -...
