The room was large for the three of us, and the beds were huge- consisting of two three quarter beds put together. I felt lost in it but my granddaughter thought it would be great to share with all her girlfriends. She had a nice little day bed. The decor was a little twee, bright pink pillows not for sleeping... This is without doubt, with the exception of a sleazy B&B with nylon sheets in the North of England back in the '80s when I couldn't afford anything better, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The manager/receptionist is the most spectacularly morose and rude man it has ever been my misfortune to meet. What he thinks he is... More

Good clean, comfortable accommodation, price ok. Miserable manager, treated us with contempt - or that's how it came across.

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. The manager was the most miserable rude man I have ever met running a hotel. He could hardly bare to pass the time of day with us. Our room was large with a newly decorated bathroom. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked good.

We stayed in room 8. It was huge compared to all other French hotels we stayed in. The room was a quite perfumed. The bathroom was updated, but as in a prior review, it may have had a small off-gasing problem. Bed was not terrible, but not real comfortable. Hotel is super close to the train station, so that is... More

We booked for one night for a sight seeing and get together in Albi. The welcome was warm and helpful and things like the code for the door carefully explained. There's a lovely old oak staircase and wide landing. We had booked a room with two beds and we had a spacious room with two beds and a large L shaped... More

Located in Albi’s city centre, close to the cathedral and Toulouse Lautrec museum, it's a very typical french hotel. The team is very nice. Enjoy the private garden and the rooms in different styles.
