I wouldn't stay here again. Odd smell in the hallways. Rooms were very warm. Mold in the bathroom. Phone didn't work. I will say the restaurant stay was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk not so much.

The Rooms are overheated, the one option just for soap and shampoo is not really an ideal fit. Breakfast is good, lots of typical French breakfast things but also pancakes, bacon, eggs, all sorts of hams to please everyone. Reception was really good, so helpful whenever I needed something. But the rooms were really average. Minibar is a disaster

No space available at the hotel parking. I have to park my car miles away. The telephone in my bedroom did not work. Half of the lights in the bedroom did not work too. The food was not great. The lift was slow and rubbish. This hotel is a nightmare...

The hotel is about 10mn on foot from the TGV station, 3mn to the Shopping Mall Polygone and 4 mn to the Place de la Comedie where we could find restaurants. However, it is located behind the Polygone and makes it a little hidden in an empty area. We went during the week and it was mostly used by people...

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city with the old part on the one side and the new part on the other. We walked around the city and saw the best of what the old and new has to offer! It was the perfect choice all around.

No that's not because its not safe in fact it is incredibly friendly. I refer to the incredibly difficult to find underground car park which is amongst a maze of service entrances for neighbouring hotels -it's another world down there! Once in the hotel, efficiently checked in and room was what is expected after staying in other Mercure hotels around...

Got a smelly room and after mentioning this, got another room a bit less smelly. Smell probably due to old carpets and the rooms being former smoking rooms. I was assured this was already 2 years ago. The hotel was full so no options to change. The aircon was not functioning well and broke down completely during the night. The...

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. I would have given five stars if the surrounding area was not so dark at night - for this reason, I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are a woman and traveling by yourself although I didn't find the surrounding area dangerous. The room was not big or new, but was good enough...
