There is nothing wrong with this Hotel, it is just a little boring and over priced. Within 10-15 min walk to the city centre. The breakfast is not worth the money but it is the easiest way to get ready and away in the morning so you will take the bill.

We should have chosen the Ibis at the Place de la Comedie, like we did the last time in Montpellier. The Ulysse ( The James Joyce novel is on the front desk for you to read if you're bored.....) is just located too far from the places you want to visit in this great city, which is a shame. You...

Mrs Mr. Hello, As you specify it, our hotel is situated in a suburban, very quiet district, in 5 minutes of the Business center and in 10 minutes on foot of the Place(Square) of the Comedy. If you choose to put your vehicle in one of the parking lots of the city, he will cost you 4€ more a day....

We got the last room in the place, small first level, window to the walkway (noise). So I can't say much about the rest of the place, it may be great. Our room was clean and had a whirlpool type tub, but the bed pillows were like flat rocks, and the mattress was cheap. We decided to skip the breakfast...

There are so many positive things to say about this hotel that I don't know where to begin! When we arrived we were immediately offered beverages and cookies while the owner sent to see if our rooms were ready. She was warm and welcoming. We were given a map and walking directions to the historical center of Montpellier. She also...

We were visiting a couple of wine producers in the area and decided to try this hotel. It took us nearly half an hour to find as it is not exactly in the centre although it was only a 20 minute walk to the Place de la Comedie. The room was well appointed with a private balcony which would have...

Average but nothing special. First the positives. Decent location, about a 5 minute walk to the center of the old town, secured parking, great staff. The negatives, the room was pretty small, the bathroom was even smaller, the bed linens were lower quality. The place wasn't expensive but what you got for what we paid didn't seem like good value....

We enjoyed our two nights at Hotel Ulysse - our room (303) was decent sized and very clean, with a very nice bathroom and a private balcony. Location wise, the hotel is in a quiet residential area very close to a pharmacy and a patisserie (perfect for breakfast - take it back to your balcony to enjoy). It's a simple...

Very well appointed rooms with all mod cons. Very helpful staff. Very good location - but quiet! The hotel was very close to Corum exhibition centre and old town. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the locality to eat at. We would go back!

When searching for accommodation in Montpellier, we found that prices seemed quite expensive for what you got. We wanted somewhere fairly central, walking distance to sights, clean and friendly. With more affordable options over the river (a bit too far we felt) we opted for the Ulysee and were pleased with our choice. We checked in a little early but...

Stayed for an extended meeting in the city. It was a nice hotel, quiet and still close to the center. It's nice for an evening walk. Service was also great. Rooms were a bit small but since it was summer that was really a problem. You can work outside with wifi.

Thank Dieter M
