Les Florentines was so wonderful. We stayed in the Florentine room and the view was spectacular! It has two balconies and the one has the most amazing view of the walled city. The hosts were very accomodating and helpful in answering all our questions. We were only able to stay for one night but it was fabulous! C'était super!

This was a large room in a quiet hotel that was very nicely appointed and very quiet. There seemed to be a lot of rules posted: no eating in the room, no slamming doors, etc, so I’d say it’s a "tightly run ship," but it made it feel very efficient and gave us a peaceful rest in a comfortable setting....

We only stayed for one night, which we felt was plenty to see Carcassonne. Les Florentines provided a very secure car park and a quick walk up to the fortified town (maybe 10 minutes if that). The room was large, which was helpful for our family of 5. Monsieur Mistler was very kind, but only spoke French, so we kind...

Beautifully served breakfasts were presented to us by Brigette with plenty of tea and coffee offered each morning. The rooms were well maintained and presented offering a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Carparking was very convenient in a safe lock up area adjacent. Good value accommodation and easy walking distance to the Cite. Thank you so much to Brigette...

Bridgitte made us very welcome and even took us to and from the airport. We stayed in the lovely Florentine room on the fop floor with its stunning views of the medieval City walls. We spent hours lounging in the sun on the terraces and even sat out late into the evening watching the sunset and the change of light...

The hosts Bridgette and Henri made us very welcome from the start. We went for the Florentine room which is slightly higher priced than the other rooms but the view of the medieval cite is breathtaking. Being on the top floor the room did get rather hot as it was middle of July. 2 beautiful balconies, lovely clean room, well...

I traveled with three others and we stayed in the Jonquille room which was beautifully decorated and spacious. We arrived around 11:00 a.m. and our room was already prepared for us! I had communicated with Brigitte by e-mail, and she was prompt and thorough in her replies. The b & b is located just outside the walls of la cité,...

We stayed here recently during the heavy snow. The owners Henri and Brigette were extremely helpful and took us to and from the airport even though we were delayed due to bad weather. We stayed in the Florentines room which had 2 balconies and would be a lovely place to stay in better weather. The breakfasts were served by the...
