We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way home from a trip to the Med. The staff were excellent and the hotel was in tip-top condition. Highly recommended! We will definitely return to this hotel.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would really only be suited to people with cars. Half an hours walk to the city and I personally wouldn't walk the last bit on my own as it's an industrial estate. I asked what a taxi would cost and a member of staff told me 15-20...

This was the first time we had used Ibis. The hotel was pleasant, comfortable and good value for money. It had recently been refurbished, with everything that is normally required for short stays. The hotel is situated on a site which has very easy access to several supermarkets. This allowed us to shop for our food if we did not...

I booked this hotel sleeping on the floor of the Marseille train station. That's a long story. But this one isn't. It's not in the midst attractive location but who cares? The old Cite is 10 minutes walk. That's why you're here really. We travelled to Carcassonne to just find somewhere to stay because we were going to explore Rennes...

I've stayed in Carcassonne several times in the past and as hotels in the walled city are very expensive so I booked a room here as it is substantially cheaper and just a 5 min drive from the walled city. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area with not a lot around however we were only using...

The hotel was located in a commercial/industrial zone with warehouse type units and a Geant Casino supermarket. The room had been redecorated in black so was really dark and depressing. I was anxious about unpacking anything in case I couldn't find my stuff later. Dismal lighting did not help. The small window looked onto the laundry carts and other housekeeping...

Really nice staff, good food, great location. Ok the rooms are a wee bit small but you should not be spending time in your room when the old town is a 15 minute walk away. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But I wonder what they will do next at Ibis to make rooms even smaller. For a normal Ibis (not Ibis budget), I would have expected a little more space. Especially the bathroom was very small. Breakfast buffet was good value for money. Wifi is free but...
