This hotel has been renovated to a high standard. Bright walls and furniture. Pale coloured walls in our bedroom were boosted by a black, grey and red theme with the furnishings. Our 1st floor room faced the street and was over a restaurant but the glazing was effective and we weren't bothered by noise. The bathroom was themed in shades... More

I was only there the one night but I would very happily go back again. Perfectly situated for both the old and new towns. Room was a reasonable size and very clean but let's just say "French" in style. Everything worked although I wasn't sure about the air con but it said it was on and I could feel cool... More

We arrived in early from the airport and were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel free of charge. The receptionist was very pleasant and gave us directions to both the old town and closer attractions. When we came back are rooms were ready. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Ours was overlooking the main street and was a... More

Owners very friendly and helpful. Basic but very clean. Good wifi. We stayed on route for one night only - Old Cite easy 10/15 min walk away - so perfect for what we needed - dinner in Old Town and up and off early to continue our travels. Would recommend.

Good location, double glazing and shutters block noise and light, top sheet on bed, bin, good hot water flow, clean. Owner seemed reluctant to engage, could not offer any recommendations, breakfast ordinary. More expensive than we have paid elsewhere for a better welcome and overall experience. It was like we weren't there.

The hotel is a dump. The breakfast what one would expect in a dump. Staff is friendly and efficient but the rooms are just not what one would hope for in such a beautiful little city. Don't consider this place unless Hell has frozen over.

The owners / managers are very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The rooms were very basic but clean. The decorations were weird but guess that doesnt spoil the comfort. The breakfast was very basic for 8 euros each, fruit would have been nice. OK for one night.

Very clean room and friendly helpful staff, the hotel is in a perfect location to explore Carcassonne town and Le Cite. We are a family of 3 and would definitely stay again. Great value for money. Lots of restaurant options nearby.

Stayed there for a night recently as we went to visit the cite medieval. The hotel is clean and simple, the owners extremely nice and accommodating and also friendly. Don't expect the moon but it's clean and cheap.

We stayed 2nights. Room was hot when we got in and it took us moments to discover there was a thermostat on the wall that controlled Nothing. It was not connected to anything. No light showed on the dial, no unit in the room. There was a vent near the ceiling that spewed lukewarm air and was part of a... More
