My sheila and I spent a romantic weekend in Aigues-Mortes. L'Hermite was a great place to stay. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms offer all the comfort one needs in a very nicely decorated setting. Breakfast is delicious and copious. Highly recommended!!

The owner was super friendly and helpful. We had a perfect stay thanks to this location. Room was more then clean, nice ecquiped and quiet. We were allowed to bring the car in front of the B+B. The parking outside was inclouded.

We really enjoyed the stay at this little B&B. The manager has been really nice with us ; he demonstrates willingness to deliver his customer the nicest possible stay in his structure: he reached his goal with us! Every day the (excellent) breakfast was accompanied with an international newspaper that I could read while sitting in the tiny, beautiful little...

If anyone deserves number one breakfast, it is this one. We stayed for 2 nights only and enjoyed every minute. The ambiance, the welcome, the location and especially the manager's information on attractions and restaurants. You even have a newspaper waiting for you at your very stylish breakfast. This is definitely one of the best BandB's we stayed at. Well...

If you read the description of this establishment from owner, it will exceed your expectations. The welcome, the establishment, the room, the bed, the amenities, the breakfast, the ambience, the conversation and information were beyond reproach. If you want character, this is the place. Worth every cent.

We wanted to stay three nights in Aigues Mortes and we chose the Hermitage carefully because of the location, TA reviews and we liked the look of it. Everything turned out well; the room was as described, clean and with a noticeable attention to detail. Aircon worked and was quiet. Breakfast was delightful, loads of fresh fruit and a selection...

Perfect location! Super clean! You can drive in and park to unload your bags and then park right outside the city walls which is a super short walk. Our host gave us a list of restaurants that he recommended, he provided us with maps and additional information about the area. Breakfast was a mix of pastries and fruits. We arrived...

Talking of going the extra mile.....even the daily morning English paper on our breakfast table...in France! And the wonderful breakfasts...and the umbrellas in case of rain....and the advice about things to do and the spotlessly clean room....thank you again!

The location of the B&B, inside the walls of Aigues Mortes, is perfect. You can park just outside the walls and bring the car closer to unload your bags. The house is peaceful and the bedrooms are lovely, with many facilities (fridge, hair dryer…). The breakfast is delicious and opulent, and the friendly owner will go the extra mile to...

This B&B was ideal if you stay in Aigues Mortes. There's free parking only yards away. Shops and many restaurants all within easy walking distance. No hills. Russ goes out of his way to engage his visitors and is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He spent his youth in Queensland Australia and that probably explains his breakfasts. They...
