None of the usual French business-oriented cheap hotels seem to be around the tourist destination of Aigues-Mortes so the Hotel des 4 Vents is a more than adequate substitute where the proprietor takes a personal interest and even shows you round the allocated room, explaining how everything works. Having a bath at this price point almost makes it stand out...

A little village in typical colors with lots of flowers. Nice swimming pool with comfortable sun beds. The rooms are small, but good beds and very clean. The people runnig the hotel are very kind and they serve a very nice breakfast with homemade paté, which is delicious! Good coffee, which you can take as much as you want. We...

Like other visitors, I was a bit put off by the location, but once inside the hotel grounds was pleased by the lovely flowers and quiet ambience. Cute façades make it feel like the tropics. Room was clean and comfortable. Particularly liked chatting with the man who checked us in, and served breakfast the next morning. He was funny, informative,...

I recently stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and was absolutely thrilled as to what a 2 star property can offer. Simple but nice and cozy rooms in quiet surroundings and a nice swimming pool is available all day. Management is super friendly, efficient and customer oriented and willing to give good advice for finding a super...

Stayed here recently. Agree with other reviews that the initial location can be off-putting as it is on the outskirts of town on the side of a roundabout between two large supermarkets however once you are inside the complex then there isn't much noise and you can't see the traffic. Hotel is motel-style. Rooms are on the small side if...

I enjoyed our stay here. The inn is more along the line of an old motel in US terms. But, it is well kept, clean, and the owner is very friendly. The breakfast was very nice, more than sufficient, and everyone staying seemed to be enjoying their stay. The room is small, but adequate. While near a major round about...

This hotel is excellent value. On arrival driving from Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, initially I was dubious about the location as it is situated right off a roundabout but I was pleasantly surprised as we experienced no traffic noise at all. There is ample onsite carparking which was brilliant, and I am very pleased I decided on this hotel for a number of...

We found this place on line when searching for a stopover on our roundabout journey to the north of France. After a boring drive we were delighted with our find. Very pretty little cabins painted blue and white.Large comfortable beds and everything very clean. The owners gave excellent directions to walk along the canal into the walled town which only...

This is a lovely little hotel set in a pretty garden with a delightful swimming pool. The rooms are fairly basic but comfortable and the bathroom was very up to date and there is plenty of parking. The owner speaks excellent english and was very helpful and friendly - even printing us out directions to the airport. The buffet breakfasts...

A very friendly hotel where they really try to make you feel at home. There is secure parking and a swimming pool at a price which is excellent value for money. In summer an excellent buffet breakfast can be eaten seated on the terrace. There is a very convivial atmosphere. The hotel situation is very peaceful yet close to the...
