The night desk clerk was very kind and helpful even with limited English. Day desk clerk spoke no English but tried however he was not as nice/friendly. Did not opt in for breakfast and from other reviews seems like I made the right choice. Hotel is very old and dark/damp. There is the distinct odor of mold/mildew in the air... More

My family stayed at the Paris Bercy in July 2013. The four of us (Wife, Son-12, Niece-17, and I) we very comfortable in our room. The staff were very helpful. Although not very close to any attractions, the hotel is very close to the Bercy Metro and thus only a short trip to anywhere you wish to go in Paris.... More

The hotel consierge was extremely helpful and never got upset with our numerous questions. The hotel... More

I went to this hotel twice; rooms are quite small but its understandable at this price. However, they're also quite dirty and the hotel as a whole is kept quite dirty. What is more, if you are given the wrong room, you won't be able to sleep because the walls are very (I mean VERY) thin and you'll hear your... More
