we stayed here for four nights during our vacation in Paris. Our room was large, warm and was cleaning daily. It had all necessary accessories you need. The location of the hotel is perfect and safe. It is nearby to two metro stations in the downtown of Paris and there are many cafes, restaurants and markets around. Staff of the...

Ever had a shower where the shower curtain keeps sticking to you? Well that's what room 601 feels like. To say the hotel is a little run down and tired is an overstatement. The furnishings and deco are a mishmash of bad chic. Paint peeling, dirty worn out carpets and full of unpleasant smells. So I'm in room 601, it's...

Stayed for a week and was happy with our stay. It's central to everywhere and the metro is at the front door. Lots of places to eat close by, laundromat around the corner. Found the staff i dealt with heapful and friendly. Spent more time exploring Paris than sitting in room. Didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on it....

The staff could have been politer, the manger could have showed up when called for. The hotel did not have electricity and hot water for two days and the manager made a no show to explain or apologise. The desk guy just went out to smoke when confronted. The wifi password had to be re-entred every five minutes after it...

They absolutely MUST refurbish the entire hotel, change the sanitary ware, renew the electricity installations and the heating system. Everything is out of date there and most probably not working. The hotel is very old and so is the furniture, it smells like rotten everywhere, the bathroom is small and old. I will make a list of things that didn't...

Having looked for and found a hotel close to where our friends were staying in Paris, we were happy with our time in the hotel despite a problem with the lift. It was very convenient – less than an hour from Orly by public transport – and well placed to explore the city with a Metro station directly outside. Our...

We booked a double room but were given a twin. When we asked for a double we were moved without any fuss. The twin room was horrible, broken furniture, broken bath, dark decor and very unappealing, the double was slightly better. The bed was clean and comfortable but the room had several damp patches. The carpet was hoovered but badly...
