They speak poorly english.
The hotel never sent a confirmation of the reservation, nor asked us to accept their conditions.
They were very arrogant when we called them to check and cancel the rooms 1 day before.

The fastest and cheapest way is to take the train from the airport. It's about 10 Euro.
When you get to Gard du Nord, take the metro to Bonne Nouvelle Station which is right in front of the hotel.
