Great location for Gard De Nord and the Eurostar. It seemed to be an old hotel but clean. Practical location and seemed to have a nice bar opposite. There were some clowns out in the street fighting but i suppose that´s just Paris or any big city. I think i would have enjoyed this hotel more if i hadn´t had...

No air conditioning, mind, but it's a great location right next to Gar De Norde. Loads of cafes and restaurants around the area. Staff are nice and speak excellent English. The rooms are a fair size with a well equipped bathroom (towels and hair dryer included).

Although the hotel is situated between two main train stations that guarantees ease of access, the neighborhood is crowded by gangs, homeless people and beggars. not the best scene you would like to see in Paris every evening. The rooms were extraordinary small and very cold in December 2015. The breakfast was modest and definitely not enough for an adult...

Well, in cool seasons, when you can keep the modern sound-proof windows closed, it's fine, but right next to the busy Gare de l'Est, you have to contend with a certain noise level. There was nothing wrong with our room or with maintenance, just the breakfast was a bit "minimalist", not just in the traditional French way, but as concerns...

Been trying to get in here for a number of years now, but it was always full. Managed to get 3 rooms for myself and friends. Stopped on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately you cannot get a view out of your window as there is scaffolding all around the building, but don't let that put you off. You are not far...

We got no choice but to stay overnight in this hotel as our Eurostar train is cancelled last min and hundreds of tourist flood out to book all the hotel nearby. We were told this were the last room available when we asked. No choice but to take it as we were tired and been asking around the area and...

We have rooms with shower and w; c; in a 2 stars rate, but it was full. You accepted this room...

Staying at the Hotel Kuntz was a positive experience. On reception they could not have been more helpful. At breakfast the ladies were so lovely to my fourteen year old son, giving him endless nutella, orange juice and hot chocolate! The bathrooms are really good. (What a fantastic, deep, relaxing bath). the bedside lamps had an extra bendy spotlight attached...
