After booking a disastrous escorted tour and being placed in a dodgy hotel in the red light light district, we found Lyric Hotel. The lovely lady at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. We booked this hotel online and arrived within 30 minutes of booking it. Our room was clean and comfortable. Given the shocking day we had...

I spent 4 nights here recently. It is located closed to Opera on a charming backstreet with plentiful of restaurants and cafes in the surroundings. Rooms are modern and reasonably sized (I would suspect though that they vary in size), wifi is quick and without fuzz, very large modern LED TV. The breakfast buffet is small but well appointed, although...

It's always a pleasure returning to the Lyric hotel! Always a great welcome, lovely staff, clean and spacious room, confortable bed. I Love the very girly and cosy feeling you get when stayiong there. Also a great point: it's location: in the heart of Paris, in a quiet street but close to the grand Boulevards and shops, the Opera and...

Lovely hotel conveniently located. Not too far from Gare de nor. The bed was comfortable. The room modern and spotlessly clean. Nice little coffee/tea machine. All your shampoo conditioner etc provided and different sized slippers for gents and ladies. Nice extra touches like turn down at night and in the evening in the lobby extra tea coffee water cakes etc...

My husband and I stayed here for the first two days in a freezing cold January and found this place to be a haven of cozy, Parisian peace! We were in a corner room on the fourth floor and were delighted by the four huge windows our room had, looking out to on the roof tops and chimneys of the...

I was so excited leading up to this stay and thought I'd saved the best for last. However I was met with disappointment every turn. Worst hotel of my 2wk vacation across 5hotels in Europe all 4-5 star. Overpriced and misleading. Room was small much like other Parisian hotels however I felt the pictures were extremely misleading in that they...

Dear guest, It is regrettable that our location was not to your liking and that you did not experience an exemplary hotel stay with us. Be sure that we make no difference between our guests and that we treat them all with equality. Usually as you can see our guest services are very appreciate. Anyways, we hope that you enjoyed...

The Lyric hotel is in a great location. I would describe the hotel itself as quirky, with nouveau decorations. My room was on the first floor with a window that looked onto some strange plants that partially obscured the lobby. The service was great nice small touches, the map that comes with the room Key is very useful and easy...

We had a long weekend in Paris. And once again we enjoyed the city. This was first time in this hotel and we had a nice stay. Room was nice and modern, reasonable size for two. Very good value for money. Good location, nice stuff. For this price and location the spa with pool is very good extra. I also...

Stayed here in mid December 2016 for three nights. Chose this hotel based on it's location and good reviews, along with a reasonable price for its category. Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
