Friendly reception, Rooms are clean (superior room), with nice bath room. We had a room street side, but as there are 2 windows, you really hear anything of the traffic. Breakfast is OK with fresh croissants, eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.... The elevator is very small, max 2 p. Location is top. As we were there for a concert in the...

Stayed here recently with a friend during our visit to Paris. I was very pleased with the hotel overall. The room we had (Superior Twin) was not at all small by European standards. The twin beds were on opposite walls and there was plenty of room near the desk and bureau to store our bags and to move around. The...

Stayed here for 3 nights. This hotel is near the Opera Station. And to my surprise it is next to Halal Restaurant Opera Food which have excellent kebabs. The room is clean and a bit small but fit 1 double bed and a sofa bed that can turn to a double bed. Bathroom w/ small tub. Because of the low...

We stayed in Paris for 3 nights in this hotel. Choosing this hotel with only information on its location and a review from a travel browser, it turned out that we did the right choice. This hotel situated in a nice area of Paris. Access to the metro via Opera & other nearby stations was very easy. It was very...

There is a jazz pub downstairs, and they play music till very late. But i was again tired as usual (too much visit during...

This hotel was in a perfect location, right outside the Opera metro station. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby including the Hard Rock Cafe. The hotel itself is nice, with large clean rooms offering mini bar, hairdryer, that sort of thing. We stayed in room 10 and we struggled to sleep. The wall that our bed was...

Second visit - party of three and a different room 1st Floor. Large double bed and sofa bed with another mattress underneath. Not ideal but it worked for 1 night. Room was a bit small and the toilet and bathroom were at different ends of the room - strange. Pleased to see they gave us a kettle - but no...

We were greeted with lovely reception and doorman upon our arrival on New Years Day. Swift attention got us to our room shortly after 3pm. Our bed was massive and luxuriously soft. Also we were able to open the windows which was refreshing (not something that can be done in many hotels where I am from (Australia!). The location was...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
