This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Paris. It would suit a business or a romantic stay. Music is the theme for all rooms, in all small details like a real drum as bedside table, or the cupboards in a flightcase style, all very original ! Very nice team. Large room for a Parisian hotl, all very...

Excellent value for money in central Paris. Our bedroom was drum themed (drums being our bedroom tables which we loved). Bedroom was on the small side but that's common in Paris. Bathroom was a good size. Our room was quiet. Funky hotel. Staff were very helpful. Many of the main tourist areas are within walking distance as are some cafes...

We spend 3 nights at the hotel. Our experience with the hotel was great. It was beyond our expectations. First and the most important thing about the hotel is that the staff were always helpful and nice. Thanks again for their awesome service. We were visiting Paris to see Biffy Clyro at the Olympia. Booked this hotel for three reasons .. 1) it's right by Olympia (2 mins walk). 2) it looked quirky and interesting and 3) it was only £70 a night. I was amazed at how awesome the location is. Two mins walk to the metro. 5 mins walk to Galleries...

I went to Paris with my adult daughter for our birthdays and really loved this friendly hotel. We felt comfortable straight away, the staff spoke great English and were very helpful and polite. The music themed hotel had a different artist theme on each of the floors, ours was a drummer so the room was ingeniously furnished in a drum...

My room was by the lift so was constantly woken late at night and early in the morning. The room itself was small, but clean and tidy. My colleague's room wasn't ready when we arrived at 7.30pm (!!), and although we got the room half price, the discount wasn't freely offered - we had to ask! Also, the receptionist went...

Dear Sir, We thank you for taking the time to give your opinion. First of all, we were surprised to read that you missed the cancellation Policy for 15 minutes as long as our cancellation Policy is 48h before the day of arrival. Thus, we don't understand what led you to believe that after staying the first night , with...

Stayed here for 3 nights in November. The room was comfortable and quiet. No noise from inside the hotel and there was not much traffic in the street (though rooms at the back or at Rue Godot de Mauroy instead of Rue de Sèze are probably even more quiet). We slept well thanks to the comfortable bed. Good and helpful...

This hotel is great. Small size but has all what a visitor in Paris needs. Clean, very nicely decorated ( original, stylish and fun), comfortable, great breakfast. The location is perfect...2 minutes walk from Place de La Madeleine, 5 minutes to Opera house, 15 minutes to Galleries Lafayettes, 20 minutes to musée du Louvre through Jardin des Tuilleries, 10 minutes...

I had a room on the 5th floor of this lovely, perfectly located hotel. The room was perfectly designed, which is generally not the case in smaller or boutique hotels. This one, however, had plenty of closet space, hangers, a small desk and chair, good power point placements, a great (small) shower, and nice bath products. Throw in the super...

Ideal hotel for staying in and visiting central Paris. Good value, very close to most of the top attractions and just a little different from the rest. Thoroughly enjoyed our three night visit and would have no hesitation in staying again.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
