Between Xmas and New Year. My son and I had the Junior Suite at this hotel. Excelllent accommodation. Queen bed in bedroom (for me) and sofa bed in Lounge (which my son used), with a passage between which held the ensuite on one side and toilet on the other. Nice easy walk to Notre Dame, Metro stations close at hand...

Went to Paris for our 35th Wedding Anniversary and could not have picked a better hotel. The hotel is right in the Latin Quarter great to walk out from. The hotel itself was great, rooms a good size for city centre hotels. The staff could not be more helpful..Can't wait to go back.

A very charming & modern European hotel. Very friendly staff who would go the extra mile to make us feel at home. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet! Loved the pillows and the hot water in the shower was so welcomed! Internet was a little slow but free! Lovely breakfast was served every morning. Just a few blocks from...

The decoration in the hotel is really nice, giving it a more high end feel, but the hotel is actually quite basic. Small room, fitness centre is just a treadmill and a stationary bike. Sauna is nice, however. Staff were polite but not particularly attentive or friendly. A nice hotel, centrally located, but i felt a little disappointed. Maybe my...

I truly loved this hotel. I love the décor, the location, the size of it. I loved the honor espresso and alcohol bar. They have a nespresso machine that is very easy to operate, and it made wonderful espresso. There are many restaurants, and shopping nearby. Also, there is a small market directly across the street as well as one...

Excellent boutique hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere and a very good location. All of the hotel personnel and especially the reception staff are so nice and helpful. They deserve the 5 stars in all aspects. The twin room is very comfortable and big enough comparing to other hotels in Paris. The breakfast was very tasty and with high-level ingredients....

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendour and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighbourhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
THE FIRST ART-GALLERY HOTEL IN PARIS We invited photographer Thierry des Ouches to decorate the hotel with his breathtaking photography. Based on 112 original prints that are displayed throughout the hotel, in the lobby and rooms and his film "Paris" which is screened in the reception. We've created this hotel with extreme attention to detail and a focus on guest experience. With it's ideal location in Saint Germain, not only is the hotel's decoration unique, it's location in Paris' most exciting neighborhood, makes it the best of both worlds (great decoration and great location). We're looking forward to make your stay in Paris the best you've ever had. ... more   less
