I travel a lot and Le Robinet is one of the best hotels I've stayed in over the past 2-3 years. They have a great reputation on TripAdvisor and it is richly deserved. They get the basics right (clean, comfortable bed, good size room, nice bathroom, stylish surroundings and great food), but it's the customer service where this team really...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were incredibly accommodating and warm, rooms were spacious by Paris standards and the hotel restaurant was excellent. Would stay again in a heartbeat - the suites are perfect for families and offer outstanding space and amenities for good value. The only potential drawback is the location 1-2 miles from major tourist attractions but...

Everyone was very helpful, friendly and efficient and all our requests were met. We were delighted to have been given a suite as an upgrade. It was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The only small thing we would mention is that there was no sponge/cloth or tea towel in the kitchen area so we could not wipe or dry anything. Our...

Great location, not in the tourist centre but right on the Canal which is an easy walk to Gares de l'Est and Nord. Staff were helpful and professional. The room was lovely with nice touches- artistically decorated with good quality toiletries, slippers, a Nespresso machine. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Warm Welcome, high professionalism, nice people. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location near the canal is just perfect. Please just note that it is not suitable for people with a mobility impairment as there is no elevators.

Really nice hotel, not a very central location, but close to train/subway stations (you'd need taxi to the station train if you have to carry you luggage (unless it's trolleys) The staff was helpful, the room was very clean and neat, and I think it's nice to stay in some real, not touristic parts of Paris, and go through the...

Pros: -Hotel staffs speak good English. -They do go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and stay comfortable. -Cozy & quiet room facing the street with a cute view of the local street. -Room is equipped with Nespresso machine, welcoming macaroons on the night stand, L'Occitane toiletries. We stayed here with our teenage kids for a few days and we loved it. Service was great, the restaurant is lovely and reasonably priced and the location - close to Canal St Martin is really good. It's a 5 minute walk to Gare de l'Est which makes it easy to get around Paris.

I stayed with a friend. We both had really lovely rooms that had been upgraded. They were beautiful and clean. Chloe at the desk was a brilliant host - really helpful and friendly. Warm and inviting. She helped with booking taxis for us - even running outside to make sure the driver didn't miss the hotel. She also provided us...

Was great all round. Good locale and lovely comfy bed with windows that opened. Bonus having the bathroom window opening onto the inner atrium (very clever design). Staff pleasant & helpful and Management Great! Would return here to stay again.
