We stayed at the Bellevue for 2 nights in a triple room. The room was simply furnished and very clean. Beds comfortable. I was a little worried after seeing previous reviews but the hotel was fine and the staff courteous but not overly friendly. We...More
Me, my wife and two kids stayed in a Triple Room at this Hotel for one night. Hotel is located on a quiet street close to the Sacre Coeur. The surrouding area is kinda poor and becomes pretty quiet at night. However, it didnt feel...More
The hotel is in a pretty nice area really, given that the seedy part of paris is 15 mins walk away. It's very convenient place to stay, the metro's really close, you can pretty much walk it from the Gare du Nord. The room is...More
Stayed here for one night only thankfully, it was ok, but very basic. For the price I was expecting more, and the area is very seedy in my opinion. As a woman alone I would not recommend it to others out late. The Manager's rant...More

Not true. The hotel is not basic at all.

Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy
features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
