I don't understand this hotel's aggressive attitude toward their guests: We asked the reception to call us a taxi at 1930, and we waited 30 minutes but he never came so we went to the corner and hailed a cab and were 30 minutes late for our 2000 rendez-vous. When we returned the hotel demanded 10€ that they had paid... More

Cons: Small room, small bathroom, no fridge inside, pretty far from downtown, no parking place available nearby, wi-fi very slow during evenings ... Pros: Kind personnel and nice, confortable beds ...

We expected a small room for the reasonable price, but we were disappointed with the condition of the room. There was peeling paint on the ceiling and the bathroom tile was covered with black mold. I didn't expect luxury, but I did want the room to be clean.

Where do I start? Our lovely 4 day anniversary trip was almost ruined by this vile hotel. Staff are very rude and barely speak English, woman on reception constantly on her mobile instead of serving! Room was TINY and not clean at all. Black small hairs all over the bed sheets (we are both blonde!). When I called reception and... More

Dubious after reading reviews but as a family group we were on a budget so decided to go for this hotel. A 15minute walk from nearest metro of Malesherbes .. Had asked for a ground floor room as my mum had bad arthritis in her knees ... Only to find they had put us on the highest floor ! And... More

Hotel is easily accessible, usually requiring 10-15mins of walk to the closest metro station (Malshebres). Took the cab once to Champs Élysée, cost me about €10. Didn't do it again since receptionists were friendly enough and one even offered to take me around the city via metro the day after (merci!). I didn't book with any included breakfast but I... More

Don't get me wrong, the hotel itself was clean, spacious and relatively well located but the staff and their approach to hospitality much to be desired. After booking online the day before, I arrived to the news that my "super special bargain" price was no longer available and I'd be be given a not so "super special bargain" price for... More

We arrived at the hotel without booking a room, however we were aware that there were rooms available on the Expedia website. Upon arriving, we found that the rate of the hotel, without using the internet, was considerably higher than if we booked online. We decided to book online, although this seemed to annoy the tall chap behind the reception... More

We've just arrived home after a wonderful 3 night stay. Paris is amazing and this hotel is perfect for seeing the sites! We stayed in the largest room travelling as friends with our daughters and would definitely stay again! The hotel is well equipped, Wifi, bathroom facilities, bar and lounge. Clean towels, replenished toiletries and beds made every day! The... More

Staff is very helpful. centrally located and value for money. Room is very small. So this is perfect, if you are there to explore the city and you need some place at night to sleep. It is nearby the attractive locations. you can reach by walk. bus stop is also nearby.
