The hotel is old, dirty without power switch to charge any electronic device ( just one worked (room 15) and it was the power switch of tv). In my last day I started to feel strange sounds, I turned on the light at 4 am and a MOUSE was over my backpack and clothes!!! I went to the reception where...

Stayed here to attend Ireland v Sweden in stade de France. Quaint hotel currently under construction. If you are looking for luxury.. You are prob better off somewhere else. But it was clean, comfy (new) beds and very friendly staff. Lovely reception area with a little garden and courtyard. Some parts of hotel not as nice but for the time...

Our good friends booked this hotel in good faith from the picture in the Hotel advert for a Birthday Celebration. We felt really bad for them and embarrassed. This is the worst hotel ever!!!! It is a building site and quite unsafe! Scaffolding and Dust everywhere, unsafe rooms and Plastic sheeting over the windows. The staff were completely disinterested and...

There was grafitti on the toilet door, the...

The room was small, smelly. The bathroom used to smell just awful every time we entered the room. It was one of the worst hotels we have every stayed. It had only one charging point. The window glasses were broken. Everything about this place was awful. Only good thing about this one is the its location, very close to the...

This was booked for a school trip and was perfect for a large group of people. However the rooms were too hot, there was a family of mice who ran from room to room and a faulty shower. There was a lack of plugs, no television remote and thin mattresses. Furthermore the staff were rude and unhelpful as well as...

This hotel was cheap to stay, (i paid £100 for 2 people for 3 nights). The staff at reception were very friendly, and helpful, they told us everything we needed to know, and how to get in and out of the city easily (metro station a few minutes walk away). Lots of tourist help at reception (leaflets for attractions, street...

Following a two week stay in South of France we planned one night in Paris on our way home with our five children to sight see and cut the journey back to England. We booked two rooms to accommodate the seven of us. One room had unwashed beds, visibly dirty with hair and muck. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned,...
