When we stayed here they just opened. They were still painting the place.
Nice and clean hotel (well it was so new, of course it was clean :-) with the smallest elevator I have ever seen.
A bit in a dull neighborhood though
I stayed at Hotel Bienvenue for a couple of nights during a trip in Paris.

Charming boutique hotel perfectly located between the 9th and the 10th arrondissement (great restaurants and bars around). The rooms have been tastefully redecorated and the courtyard is beautiful! Perfect for breakfast! Great place to stay to enjoy inner Paris!

Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in
another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.

We noticed there was a shuttle from the hotel for 18 Euros each so assume you could arrange for it to pick you up as well. Otherwise I would suggest train to La Gare du Nord then it is a 15 minute walk to the Hotel. If you have access to google maps then you can get directions. The train was much less and all the info you need is on the Charles de. Gaulle website.
