This was the worst hotel ever. DO NOT STAY HERE the rooms had mold in the shower. Not even shower curtains so the water goes all over. The wallpapers were peeling and there was mold everywhere. The staff at night is rude we asked for...More
Very clean, very helpful staff. Tiny elevator but that is to be expected because it was retro-fitted many decades after the hotel was built. I loved the tiny balconies that overlooked the street. I was so amazed that, in the lobby, i met a person...More
Great location: Ecole Militaire metro is right there and the Eiffel Tower with park is a 5 minute walk; many cafes, restaurants surround you; and it is not an overly touristy area which is a big plus. For Paris, the price is very reasonable -...More

My second visit to this simply delightful VFM hotel.
Situated on the Rue Bosquet in the Invalides region of the city, with a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower/ River Seine. The École Militaire ( line 8) metro station is literally opposite!
With the Eiffel Tower at its core, the Invalides area of Paris is guaranteed to impress. Golden towers and Baron Haussmann's urban vision meet military precision, stretching avenues, and luscious lawns. The area boasts the Musée D’Orsay, the tomb of Napoleon, the National Parliament and UNESCO, as well as luxurious, exclusive residences. In fine restaurants and at the weekend markets, families, diplomats, and
politicians brush shoulders with the tourists who come to see this postcard-perfect area for themselves.
