To be fair, we only stayed an hour or so. We didn't see the charm in this hotel. It has a quaint elevator but it's tiny and takes a very long time. Very. Long. Time. By the time we got in the room, the hallway lights had gone out. The room was cleverly designed but felt dingy. And the WiFi... More

Hotel is located very convenient just 8 minutes from Gare du Nord (railway station) and within reach of the big shopping streets (rue de la Fayette). Yes, the rooms are small. But most are in Paris. All rooms are decorated differently and with a unique style. Enough nice restaurants in the neigbourhood. Save to walk at night. When walking to... More

Positive thing; * Sweet, smiling, helpfully and welcoming staff, who can speak a little bit English. * Charming but very small hotel with winding staircases and doors that binds. * Small breakfast buffet, but there was what i needed and most of the food is homemade. * Good towels. * Cleaning every day. * Good soap and cream products in... Everything is small, the lobby, the dining area, the lift. I was unfortunate enough to have a room on the 7th floor. The lift only goes to the 6th, I had to crouch to walk upstairs, duck a roof beam. Crazy. I am 5'10, 13 stone (1,80, 79 kilos) . On arriving in the room I was stunned at how small... More

I was traveling to Paris on my own and was looking for an affordable hotel, that was nice, safe and in a convenient location - not always the easiest to find in Paris. Hotel Paradis covered everything I was looking for, and I am so happy to say that the hotel lived up to the pictures.

I stayed her with two friends while we spent a long weekend in Paris. It suited us perfectly! The hotel is a short walk to a couple of different metro stations and a short walk from the Gare du Nord. The staff on reception were lovely - always friendly and welcoming and there until quite late. We didn't have breakfast... More

As always, almost, when in Paris, very small room. Nice, clean and comfortable beds. No sitting place at all in the room which makes the grading from low. Breakfast ok, what can be expected when in Paris. Good location within walking distance from gate du nord.

Small boutique hotel with excellent service in a very trendy surrounding, although some rooms are a little too dark and small, ask for a bright room, very delicious breakfast, easy and friendly management, I come back twice a year and have only a small budget

Hotel is compact with good security. Approached after dark from the Gare du Nord it seems at first sight to be in a dirty and dodgy location but discovered that approached from any of the other three points of the compass it's actually very well located, in a safe and clean spot. Even the walk to Gare du Nord in... More

My husband and I checked into Hotel Paradis for three nights in July 2016 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I think prices were driven up a bit due to the European Championships in France around that time so please keep that in mind in relation to my subject title. We paid around EUR 135 per night I believe. Positives: Clean... More
