This is a pleasant and relaxed old style French Hotel Hotel does have a lift and although old style the rooms were well equipped with TV, Ensuite and even Hair Dryer. It has a great location just off La Republic. The area/locality is pleasant (I was surprised to see that at the moment there are quite a few areas of... More

I stayed at Hotel Des 3 Nations and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Paris on a budget. I travelled alone and got a room for a pretty reasonable rate. I loved the location, right by Canal Saint Martin and lots of amazing cafes/bakeries. The staff is friendly and helpful. One downside was that upon exiting and entering... More

Good hotel for a short stay. Helpful staff. Close to the Metro and right in between what I would call a true Parisian neighbourhood. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel. Close to all the sites you want to see in Paris

Just got back from this hotel and it was perfect for what we needed and what we paid for. I personally loved the old French style and was one of the reasons why I booked it. The staff were friendly, helpful and not over bearing which is great. The location was perfect for us as it was great for lots... More

An excellent base, close to the Place de la Republique, handy for the metro, but also for a quiet walk by the canal. Local markets, restaurants and bars are good, too, if you want to take s break from the tourist centre.

Really, really basic but for the cost is somewhere to sleep that has easy access to Metro. No air conditioning or fan so very hot at time of year we visited (July). Staff were friendly enough but would not recommend to friends. Unless you are on a very tight budget suggest paying a little more for somewhere a bit nicer.

I find it interesting that there are so few reviews on this hotel. This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. It was horrible, very run down, dirty, noisy and didn't feel very safe. When we checked in, we went up to our room and discovered that the ceiling was leaking in the bathroom. When I... More

My first experience of seeing my room was "basic, no frills". However it grew on me. It was very clean, very quiet, and the room (top floor) had a sloping ceiling, which looked out upon the rooftops. It reminded me of what used to be imagined as a typical Parisian artist's Garrett studio! But for me, travelling is about spending... More
