This is a small little hotel which is incredibly well located. it is walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, and The Seine. The staff are friendly and you are made to feel welcome from the minute you set foot in the door.
We stayed here for the weekend , sharing Bastille day wth the Parisians. Booked via booking.com. Room was clean etc, ensuite loo very small , lots of door slamming by cleaning staff as we were next to the towels and sheets storage cupboard !
Good hotel. Friendly staff. Room we had was great, but some maintenance is required, floors badly scratched up and some furnishings looking a bit tired.
Hotel is really in the heart of Paris, a very short distance to Champs Elysées.
Breakfast was adequate well priced...More

This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This
neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
