Great location close to the Eiffel Tower and other major attractions. Friendly and very helpful staff going out of their way to assist on planning activities and transport. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Hotel de la Tulipe made a nice "home base" for our stay in Paris. Lots of shops, restaurants, and major attractions are within walking distance. Definitely take a taxi if you are arriving by train. It was only 12 or 15 euros by taxi from Gare Lyon plus it is a scenic drive. The staff was helpful. This is an...

Although the place is nice, the rooms are tiny and unlit. The shower curtain is useless and every time I showered the bathroom turned into a swimming pool. The staff is rude, typical of what you hear of the french and their unfriendliness. I got yelled at during check-in because I didn't understand French very well. We couldn't leave our...

We actually arrived here in July 2015 (writing a very late review). The hotel staff at the time of our visit was very helpful and courteous. We would explore the city until the late hours of the night but each time we were greeted by a friendly staff member. We would stop and have small conversations with whomever it was...

we had heard this was a super place to stay in Paris, its a great location but the rooms are small, we had problems with bathroom, the hotel staff was in flux as they had just sold the place again, and it was noisy as other guests congregate in the courtyard until late at night making it impossible to sleep....

This hotel is just where I wanted to be in Paris. Near the Seine, an easy walking distance from both the Eiffel Tower and the Place de la Concorde, with lots of nearby restaurants. Very charming and pretty, with very nice people working there.

Although it has been some years since we stayed with the family Fortuit, and I found some of the Eastern late night desk staff a little cool, the hotel is good value, a great location in an important area(7ieme) and when I stayed alone and was ill, the proprietors were very kind and helpful, sending for the doctor for me....

The location of the hotel is great. Very short walk down to the river and to the bike hire stations. Not far from the eiffel tower or the markets at Rue Cler. There are some lovely little restuarants around, so lots of choices. There are also two supermarkets just around the corner. The staff were okay, the older man and...
